I experienced an extremely unpleasant situation related to the conduct of the orthodontic professional. I went to have my braces removed and a fixed retainer installed, and unfortunately, my teeth were PERMANENTLY WORN DOWN, and they didn't even polish them at the end. ng damage to my dental structure, which caused me financial expenses and is causing a lot of EMOTIONAL distress (I spent practically an entire day crying until another professional could see me). My teeth became SO ROUGH that it was PAINFUL TO BRUSH THEM. To make matters worse: I couldn't even floss, the retainer was so poorly installed. It's absurd. I would really like a statement from the clinic's management, because what happened is unacceptable, considering that it wasn't a cheap procedure: I spent 500 reais on this removal + retainer. And even if it were cheap, it wouldn't justify the total lack of commitment to the quality of the service provided. Furthermore, I went to another professional and, even with polishing, my tooth enamel was *scratched and worn down* PERMANENTLY. I will be left with these scratches on my tooth, with a dental TRAUMA and on top of that a FINANCIAL loss (there went another 300 reais spent on another professional to repair the DAMAGE DONE BY THIS DENTIST). I have never been treated with SUCH RUDENESS.
Excellent service, I especially want to highlight Dr. Savana, a great professional, intelligent, attentive, dedicated and very polite.

I had an extraction procedure done, and I didn't feel a single pain. Dr. Rayssa was excellent. I had it done in the Geisel neighborhood, but Marinho has many qualified and very professional dentists. Congratulations. The reception also provided excellent support and service, always sending me messages to check on my recovery. I liked it.

I received excellent service. The receptionists are attentive and helpful, giving me all the support I needed. Dr. Ana Cecília is an exceptional professional. I've been to other places and never received such good service. She explained everything clearly, and I left knowing exactly what I needed to do. I deleted my first post because my expectations weren't met. Good service. The surgeon who performed the graft was very good. However, the clinic's assessment and what actually happens during treatment don't match.
