APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR 8:45 AM TIME I WAS SEEN: 11:00 AM. 15 ATTENDANTS, NONE OF THEM CAME TO EXPLAIN THE DELAY. THIS IS BECAUSE YOU'RE PAYING!!!!! I SUGGEST YOU GET A NUMBER FROM THE DENTIST AND THEN SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE SPECIALTY CENTER IN EACH ZONE OF MANAUS!!!!

On May 3rd, I went for a free evaluation. I arrived at 10:00 and stayed until 11:00, and nothing happened. When I left, another patient was complaining. I had already tried twice and had the same problem as me. So, all that reception for nothing, it's slow, and they even put people ahead of us without any exception!

Excellent service, outstanding and qualified professionals, Dr. Luciano was a great evaluator, and Dr. Adriano was a great executor.
They schedule the procedure, but if someone shows up who pays "in cash," they cancel their appointment to allocate the other person's place. It took them 3 months to issue the electronic invoice for the service provided, and they even issued it incorrectly, making it difficult to correct.
