After six months of healing, Dr. Alper completed the final implants. I couldn't be happier to have been treated by such a dedicated professional. Dr. Alper spent an entire week with me, working tirelessly to ensure I received the best care possible. I feel incredibly fortunate to have benefited from his expertise and genuine compassion. Additionally, the in-house lab technicians regularly visited the clinic for demonstrations and consultations, collaborating closely with the doctors to achieve precise and optimal results. I am truly grateful for all the work that was done for me. The final results of my treatment were stunning; they brought me to tears, and I felt a deep connection with the entire medical team. My overall experience at Maltepe Dental Clinic has been outstanding. They provide exceptional patient care, which is evident in their well-organized scheduling, efficient office management, and the cleanliness of the facility. The service is superb, everything is very clean, sterile, and careful. It's very convenient that the staff speaks different languages, so you can find a way to communicate no matter what. decided to contact them via WhatsApp and started talking to Eyup. I was quite keen to see their dentist in London first. Eyup arranged an appointment. I saw Dr Yusuf who was very pleasant and explained the best option for me would be to do 14 zirconia crowns. He said my root canals looked healthy and he wouldn’t recommend to just change them to implants for no apparent reason. Eyup sent me all the information with the price and how many days it would take. I was grateful for Dr Yusuf’s advice and after a few weeks I decided to go for it and booked my treatment in Turkey. Eyup was extremely helpful with the appointments, booking the hotel and the airport transfer. I felt really looked after. Upon arrival, I was taken to the hotel and I was also picked up to go to my first appointment which really helped. I then quickly figured out my way round and enjoyed walking to the clinic on my own. In the clinic I was introduced to Kristina who explained every step of the treatment to me and was always there to answer any question. My doctor was Dr Volkan, who was very patient and kind. After the X-rays, he proceeded with the treatment as originally discussed. I have now got 14 new crowns. Still getting used to a couple set on my live teeth, which should settle down soon. I’m very happy with how everything went. I took a friend on my trip for moral support and we had a great time exploring Istanbul, trying the amazing Turkish food and visiting markets. I hope my experience helps someone in deciding whether to go to Maltepe clinic.

appointments did not start at the scheduled times and I was sat around waiting for hours with limited or no information on when I would be seen. I’m not sure if they need more dentists or better admin staff/systems but it would certainly be a big improvement to customer experience.
