From the moment you open the page, the location is unclear, and instead of providing clarity, they make the patient read the entire page to understand that they're not in 25 cities, but only in Bogotá. Terrible. If they're like this in a chat, what must the in-person service be like?

Excellent experience. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is friendly and professional, which is a huge help if you're nervous about going to the dentist. The dentist took the time to patiently explain each step of the treatment, making sure I felt completely comfortable. Without a doubt, this is a trustworthy clinic where they don't try to sell you unnecessary treatments.

The perfect rating of this place is because they pressure you to take your phone out at reception to do it after your service. My wife had a retainer for bruxism (just one visit) made here and we had to throw it away because of how painful it was to use; went to a different specialist and they did a complete trial and error test over days to get a correct one fitted. We never pressure patients to leave reviews. We kindly invite them to share their experience only if they wish to, as honest feedback helps us improve. Regarding your wife’s retainer: we regret that it was uncomfortable. Each patient’s needs are unique, and we are always willing to make adjustments when necessary. Updated Review I initially gave 2 stars before due to scheduling issues, but I’m updating to 5 after several great experiences. I’ve now completed two treatments, an inlay, and all four wisdom teeth extractions here and everything went smoothly. Scheduling improved right away. d why his English was so fluent. On a later trip, I had all four wisdom teeth removed. The team worked around my schedule, and while the procedure was expected to take an hour, it took six because the doctor was incredibly thorough in protecting the nerves around the bone. When I woke up, they made sure I was comfortable, fed me, and checked on me repeatedly afterward. David, the CFO, even followed up several times once I returned home to ensure I was recovering well. When I mentioned one side was still painful and the stitches hadn’t fallen out, he spoke directly with the doctor and reassured me it was normal for them to take longer than I’d read online. Now, two months later, I’m fully healed and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I highly recommend Malo and have already referred friends and family. Old Review Nice staff but the front desk does a poor job of recommended scheduling. I wrote to schedule an appointment and informed the scheduler what I was seeking to accomplish. She scheduled the appointment on a Saturday for 9:30. I arrived to only complete a consultation and to be informed I would need to come back at an inconvenient time on Monday. Be cautious with scheduling because you may be wasting time and a trip.
