I was visiting Bangkok for a business conference, and needed to have a filling changed and re done. I happened to walk by the clinic and saw a sign for English speaking dentists. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. The doctor was able to remove and re put in a filling in about 20 minutes. She was very efficient, clean office, and perfect English. The dental treatment is detailed & good consult with the dentist (Dr. Gift) & the services is perfect with reasonable price. Presently, I also brought my son to clean up and perform the cavity treatment.

Zoom teeth whitening resulted in immediate whitening results with no sensitivity. The dentist was lovely and provided excellent advice. I will definitely be back for checkups every 6 months.

I bought a voucher from Gowabi to get a retainer. On my first visit, Dr. Toey recommended a clear retainer, and I trusted her (because she said it was tighter and better than metal ones). A week later, on the day I was supposed to get it put on, I saw a different female doctor (not Dr. Toey). She didn't explain how to put it on at all. e how to remove it. She even pushed her chair back, forcing her assistant to help me take it off myself. I felt so disappointed that the doctor was so uncaring. When I got home, I tried to put it on again, but this time I couldn't take it off at all because it was so tight (I almost cried because my mouth was sore). I even broke my fingernail trying to remove it! π So I had to go to a clinic near my house instead. The doctor at that clinic was incredibly kind and patiently taught me techniques for removing the retainer. It was nothing like what I experienced at this clinic! Completely different! Furthermore, this clinic charges 100 baht per sterilization visit. I went twice, so that was 200 baht (even though it was only the second visit). (Just going in to pick up a retainer and try it on, which took less than 10 minutes) wasn't worth it, and I felt extremely disappointed. The retainer from this female dentist hit my mouth, causing a wound that was sore until evening. I'm never going back again. I'm completely fed up. Even though the doctor has a degree from Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Dentistry with honors, the care and attention given are vastly different. One time is enough. T_T If you're considering using their services, don't just look at the positive reviews. I don't want anyone to experience what I did. I'm truly disappointed and regret coming here. This is my personal experience!!!

We sincerely apologize. Normally, for retainer fabrication, the clinic only charges for sterilization once, on the day the patient comes for impressions. However, the doctor on duty that day was unaware of this and overcharged the patient. The clinic has already refunded the excess amount. Furthermore, upon investigation, we found that the doctor had already instructed the patient on how to remove the retainer themselves before placing it in the box for the patient to take home. Nevertheless, the clinic accepts this feedback and will use it to improve our services. ππ»

I just got my teeth cleaned and Zoom whitening today. My teeth got 10+ shade whiter!! Iβm very happy with the result. Dr. Chan was gentle with my teeth cleaning.
