What are they doing there?! Professionals! The entire team is fantastic. Doctors Gończowski, Rączkiewicz, and Zarazs are top-notch specialists. What I like most is their approach: they do the best job without any unnecessary bullshit. Ms. Ada does the best hygiene on earth :-). The service... They can take care of anything... even in a moment!!! Bravo!!!
When you come to MagnaDENT for the second time, it is almost like coming home, you are received in a pleasant and professional manner, by pleasant people. treatment itself is very professional and pain free, I performed and fell asleep during the root canal treatment, I was so relaxed. I highly recommend the clinic. Super staff and highly professional. Treatments I had there included endodontic re-treatment (done by Dr Gończowski), fillings, crowns and hygienic care.

I came to Magnadent on a recommendation, and now I'll be recommending it to others. A procedure that was practically impossible for others turned out to be seamless with Dr. Gończowski. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
The first impression is excellent. The doctor uses many fancy names for the materials used. However, time has shown that this is no different from the average offer on the market, and the price, which is twice as high as the market price, is discouraging.

d with another clinic in this area. I chose to do an international search with the criteria: High score and accessibility from Torp/Sandefjord Airport. After some work and searching, I settled on two clinics in Krakow. I contacted both, where (supposedly the favorite) magnaDENT was the one that came back with the best and most comprehensive answer. The decision was easy! The reception at the clinic and the thoroughness of the examination at the first visit completely blew me away. I have never experienced anything like this in Norway or in England! Two implants were fine, but X-ray and 3D scanning had also revealed damage to two other bridges that I was advised to check. As suggested, the bridges were opened and the result was, to say the least, disappointing! Two teeth had to be extracted and a bridge removed and rebuilt. What I had thought was a relatively "small" case turned out to be very extensive. The first question was how was it possible that my Norwegian dentist had not seen this? Fortunately, the clinic set up a plan with a financial framework that was liveable. Now a year later, I have finished treatment and have regained both my smile and chewing surfaces... The way I have been treated from Anna (see separate post), reception, via various dentists and dental assistants to Dr Krzysztof Gończowski himself is simply "outstanding". On a scale from 1 to 10 - a perfect 12!!!!!

Dr. Gończowski, thank you for not only treating patients but also for training them and introducing innovations in the form of specialized tools. You are an incredible professional, and your practice is run at an international level.
Dr. Gończowska and Dr. Gończowski have been treating me and my family for many years. They are professional and always care about the well-being and health of their patients. I've been going to them since childhood and I can recommend them to anyone.

Don't use magna dent , they are a con they quoted me 3,500 euros then when I travelled from England they gave a ridiculous quote for 11,000 euros they are conning people

We have been truly saddened by and concerned with this review which is extraordinary in the context of all other opinions we have received thus far. We are a trustworthy and renowned dental clinic. Our patients come from across Poland as well as other countries in particular: Iceland, Ireland, Norway, the UK and the US. Given the distance that many patients need to travel, we are always prepared to offer a preliminary treatment plan and cost estimate based on the prospective patient’s own description and dental X-Ray if available however, we make it clear (on the website, during the email exchange as well as verbally) that: “The initial treatment plan is prepared at the patient's request without performing a full analysis of X-Ray/CT scans and without a direct inner-mouth assessment! The final plan with a cost estimate will be prepared during the first consultation appointment at MAGNADENT after taking current X-Ray/CT scans and carrying out an assessment of the patient.” The problem with any patient’s assessment and description of own oral health situation is that it can be genuine but very inaccurate. This is why a clinical examination at the clinic in Krakow is crucial and absolutely necessary to assess the patient professionally for clinical choice(s) of appropriate surgery. We also choose to undertake CT scans as X-Rays are limited in what they show. We believe that we provide a fair and clear warning so that our prospective international patients (in particular) can then decide whether to undergo treatment in Krakow or not. The majority of preliminary treatment plans so far have required upward revision once full clinical examination and CT scans have been carried out and our patients have accepted this historically. Without disclosing any specifics of this particular case which we are responding to, we can assure that our standard procedures have been met and an updated treatment proposal with a new costing plan have been drawn up for the patient at the time of their examination. No questions were raised neither at the time of their consultation nor afterwards, which is why we have been stunned by this review. We sincerely hope that anyone reading this can draw their own conclusion.

gums during the preparation for the crowns and after the final placement. I was given painkillers, which I had no reason to take – I didn't feel even the slightest pain. Before the appointment, I wondered if it was a good idea to drive 140 km and have done so several times. Now I say it was the right decision. If I ever have dental problems, I won't have to worry about where to go. I think everyone is looking at how beautiful my teeth are!!! I'm sorry, I don't think so – it is. I recommend it!!! Dr. Gończowski performed a painless procedure using only a small amount of anesthetic, while other doctors tried to numb me and were unable to because the tooth was still reacting. He completely numb the tooth in three seconds, and the procedure was pure pleasure. I didn't believe this could happen after my experience with anesthetics.
