Had a clean and dental appointment after a few years without one. An amazing service, teeth feel very clean and they went above and beyond to make sure my teeth and gums were looked after. I had to have a root canal thay Madenta carried out in 2 appointments. The dentist and assistants were all very professional, helpful and kind. They did a great job and my tooth now looks and feels amazing. Would definitely recommend!

were already technical problems in the office (a malfunctioning chair), and a few days after the filling, I started to feel pain in the tooth, although I had never had any problems with it before. I reported the problem in writing, asked to have it examined under warranty, and if possible, to be treated by a more experienced doctor. I traveled home from Austria for this, each time was time-consuming and expensive. Doctor Farkas examined the tooth, re-filled it after an X-ray, but the pain returned the next day. I got a new appointment, and at that time they recommended root canal treatment. At the same time, I reported that I was experiencing an unpleasant smell and taste from the area around the previously crowned tooth. I asked for this to be examined as well. An X-ray and CT scan were done, but they said everything was fine. Despite this, that evening the tooth under the crown had completely erupted and was unsalvageable. This tooth had been ground down and fitted with a crown 8 months earlier, and was in good condition. According to the practice, it could only be replaced with an implant, and I received a quote, from which they deducted the price of the crown and gave me some additional discount after I objected to the offer of nearly half a million. Despite all this, the whole situation – the loss of the tooth, the significant costs and the stress – seemed disproportionate to me. The implant was finally placed, the root-treated tooth was filled, and a temporary crown was placed on the implant. I returned home to Austria, but soon I started having morning pain in the root-treated tooth. I reported it again, but was told to wait. This had not happened with my previous root-filled teeth, and they recovered quickly. When the final crown was placed, I traveled back again and asked for a detailed examination of the painful tooth. They still found no deviation, they polished the filling, but the complaint did not go away. The final crown was also not suitable: it did not fit well, it differed in height and shape, and it was not possible to adjust it perfectly even after several attempts. I was advised to “get used to it” and they recommended a bite lift, which I did not consider justified. I asked in writing for the problem to be recorded. The doctor finally told me to find someone else if I did not trust him and offered to refund the bill. I also consider this objectionable in terms of professional responsibility. This was not reassuring for me, since I had lost two teeth – one physically, one in terms of function – and my bite was not the same. The office is modern and customer-friendly, but the results of the treatments resulted in disproportionately high losses and costs for me. Everyone should think carefully before getting treated here! Update: My tooth that was treated by them for sinusitis for more than half a year was re-treated. Unfortunately, this was not successful either. But it must be because I am a “satisfied” patient. :) Let's hope I don't have any further problems.

were very nice and there were no communication issues. They worked with my timeline, and I am super happy with everything I had done. In just a few sessions my smile has improved and I have no more pain! I also paid about 1/4 of what I would have in the states. The front desk ladies were also very nice, and remembered my name upon walking in each time. Fantastic experience!!

I recently came to Madenta from another dental office, I feel like I get better service here. The main problem at the other place was that they often missed appointments and I had to wait. I don't have that problem here, everything is great! They are extremely nice :)
