The dentist's office is a place where you'll want to go. Very nice receptionists, dentists, dental hygienists and assistants. Treatments without fear or pain, and excellent and precise services.

They don't answer the phone all day, after I go in person, the lady informs me that they will charge 25-30 thousand to fix my tooth, without treatment, I tell her I just want to change dentists, I've been there 20 times in the past few years. Maybe she doesn't understand Hungarian.

Dear Sir! We hereby inform you that we investigate all complaints and negative reviews received by us and we will discuss the matter with the colleague concerned. In your Google review, you wrote that you tried to reach us by phone all day, but were unsuccessful. We checked our call list and found that we answered all incoming calls and returned unanswered calls. Based on the registered call list, we did not find any incoming calls from you. You appeared in our office in person in the evening, without a previously arranged appointment. Our office provides planned patient care, and we can only accept patients based on a previously arranged appointment. According to you, you wanted to continue and correct your improperly performed dental treatment at another dental office. However, in order to provide a credible and professionally correct opinion, a dental status assessment, panoramic X-ray and detailed condition assessment are required. Our colleague has informed you of this. He also informed you that if you have a recent panoramic X-ray, we will accept it, so there is no need to prepare it. You refused this and indicated in an educational tone that in your own opinion you are aware of the problem and only requested the intervention. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a correct preliminary condition assessment, preparation of a treatment plan and imaging diagnostics are not only a professional minimum, but also a legal obligation, which our practice is obliged to comply with in all cases. If you do not agree with these conditions, we regret to note it, however, Madenta Dentistry can only undertake the safe, professional care of its patients within these professional and ethical frameworks. myself, who am 72 years old and have been a Sailor and Oil Driller my whole life in addition to Sidakonge and Entertainer, needed a completely new set of teeth and therefore chose "All on 4" both in the lower and upper jaw. The treatment was gentle and practically painless thanks to skilled Dr. Dentists who knew what they were doing. As an Entertainer, it is important for me to have a good smile and a fresh facial expression and I have now got that. The treatment is only half-finished as far as I'm concerned, but the wounds from the procedure must heal and I'm looking forward to traveling down to Budapest again as Budapest is also a beautiful and cultural city. Hungarians are hospitable and friendly so here you get both, both Culture and Dental Treatment. Should anyone need to know more, I am available by phone from 09:00 to 18:00 every day. The only thing I can point out is that I felt that information was missing regarding the second visit. that there was such a lot of free time where you should not come for 4-5 days (I was probably building the garden then), it would have been good to know that you had the option of going back home and maybe coming back in 2 weeks…

(for example, I had difficulty getting away from work and it annoyed me not to get this information. To make better use of the time by even traveling somewhere else in the meantime. I was also traveling at the end of May in Croatia and sent an inquiry to Flora whether it would be suitable to come to them then and then go for 10 days and then come back on the way home but I got an answer that it would have to be 10 days in a row.
