I loved the service. The doctor explained everything in detail and was very professional. In the end, I also decided to get her teeth whitened and I was thrilled. Plus, the office is lovely, highly recommended, and trustworthy.

I highly recommend Dr. Alessandra for any type of dental work. She is professional, organized, and kind. She performed a wisdom tooth extraction on me, and provided the best care I've ever had. The location is trustworthy and she followed up with me days afterward (few dentists do this).

The worst experience of my life, some people who don't know how to do their job, a terrible anesthesia technique, I went for a root canal and they couldn't do it because they couldn't anesthetize me, they tortured me horribly and they couldn't do it. Dr. Alessandra told me that she would refund me everything I paid in a few days since the procedure wasn't performed. Three months went by in which I called many times trying to reach her, asking for an explanation, she hid, didn't answer me and finally she only returned me a part and reluctantly, I asked for an apology for the whole situation of having to beg for my money and she didn't give it to me. It is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a dental office. Never go there.
I came across a dentist who was not only attentive and caring but also accommodating and detail-oriented. It was important for me to find a dentist who could understand and appreciate my pain, and this dentist was empathetic towards my concerns.
i was visiting from california and needed a a temporary tooth made. they were kind, patient and professional. i got my tooth in 2 days for 25% of the US price. Viva Mexico!

was very clean, open with ample lighting and the music playing in the background was very pleasant. Immediately I knew I picked the right office to get the procedure done. Yessi warmly greeted me at the front desk and then introduced me to the dentist, Alessandra. Alessandra was very clear about everything she would do and was quick to answer any questions or concerns before starting. During the cleaning and whitening Alessandra was very precise, gentle, and regularly checked to see how I was doing the entire time that made my experience very comfortable. After everything was said and done I was blown away by the results and felt a huge boost in confidence walking out of that office. I walked all the way home with the biggest smile to show off my new smile. I can't recommend Yessi, Alessandra, and the entire team at M Dental enough!
