In just three days, Dr. Ballesteros and her colleagues, Dr. Diana, Marcela, Sara, and others, treated me efficiently and resolved all my problems: cracked teeth, fractured teeth, deep cleaning, gingivitis treatment, and implant diagnosis and maintenance. With her laser cleaning treatment, I put an end to the medieval torture and the need to take antibiotics for two weeks after treatment. For their professionalism, people skills, and exceptional patient care, I award Dr. Ballesteros and her staff 5 stars of excellence and highly recommend them without hesitation.

t entailed, as well as the team that would perform the surgery. In July, I traveled to Bogotá to visit the clinic and for Dr. Maribel to evaluate me in person. She also explained if I needed any other dental procedures, such as fillings, cleanings, or inlays, to complete the process. From that moment on, Marce followed up with me, coordinating appointments, keeping track of the surgery date with the doctor, providing pre- and post-operative care, and even helping me with recommendations for accommodations near the clinic. I flew from Costa Rica to Bogotá on November 17th, and at 8:00 AM on November 18th, I received an excellent welcome. The anesthesiologist opened my medical file, and I was taken to the operating room. I must say, I felt no pain after the surgery. The recovery was excellent; I felt no pain at all. I went to the clinic for eight additional days for laser therapy, so my face didn't swell or bruise. It was a gradual and natural process. Estefi was incredibly attentive from the surgery until the end, providing laser therapy, post-operative care, and recommendations. At the end of my stay, she recommended a facial cleansing to complete the facial harmonization experience. Dr. Diana performed the procedure of placing two inlays and fabricating night guards to prevent bruxism. Even though my gums were sensitive from the implant procedure, she was very careful and meticulous to ensure the inlays fit perfectly, and very attentive to detail, so I could return to my country without pain or discomfort. Not to mention her kindness and gentleness. Dr. Maribel gave me a premium cleaning, and Estefi helped me with a whitening session so I could return with a dazzling smile. Marce wrote to me every day to check on my progress, along with the rest of the team. These four women are a wonderful team, and they were like family to me for 11 days. At the clinic, they took care of me as much as I did at home, and they ensured my recovery was, and continues to be, a success. I must also mention the thoughtful gift bag they gave me, containing a bottle highlighting the characteristics of Colombian women, a post-surgery toothbrush, and toothpaste. How could I not feel motivated! I highly recommend the clinic and I'm excited for the second part of the implant placement process. Investing in your oral health is one of the best investments you can make, and putting it in the hands of expert professionals like Dr. Maribel and her team gives you the confidence to prioritize your oral health.
I've known Dr. Maribel for over a year now, and I couldn't be in better hands. The attention from the entire team is incredible from the moment you arrive at the office. I attended Dr. Maribel Ballesteros' clinic, where I was referred. I received care in the areas of orthodontics, smile design, and laser periodontics. They are an excellent group of professionals, with excellent care and comfortable facilities.
