I came to Luxdentica a few months ago on the recommendation of a friend. I'm satisfied with both the specialist consultations and the procedures performed. It was very important to me that I was seen quickly for an urgent matter. I recommend it.

I've been at Luxdentica with my partner for over a year and a half, having both had implants done there. We opted for the zirconia version. I'm leaving this review because I want those considering implants to be aware that it's not an easy or painless procedure. We had the implants placed by Dr. Wilisowski. the implants to be exposed and scans taken, so I wasn't expecting what happened to me at all, especially after watching a promotional video in the waiting room. Because communication with the doctor is very efficient, I didn't know that the implant screws would also be replaced, nor how painful the procedure is. In my case, there was a problem with the thread in one of the implants, which wouldn't come out. At one point, the doctor left the office without a word, leaving me to wonder what had gone wrong and how it would end. Ultimately, I managed to finish the appointment, but this visit will remain etched in my memory for a long time. Dr. Ganowski handled the crowns on the implants. At my next appointment, two weeks later, I had the crowns fitted. They are lighter than the rest of my teeth, but I accepted this, thinking that if I ever had my teeth whitened, the color would even out. After two weeks of using the implants, one of the crowns chipped, and after a few more weeks, an abutment was formed, connecting the implant to the crown in another tooth. I had to fly to Poland for an urgent appointment, but nothing could be done because, as it turned out, they didn't have any spare parts, so I'll have to live with a loose crown for eight months, as I learned the replacement part will likely be available in February 2026. In short, having had four implants, which aren't cheap, I've had to eat on one side for over six months to avoid damaging the crown, which is hanging by a thread and can be rotated with my fingers. I have no complaints about the doctors' work; I think they're professional and well-qualified, and the receptionists are also very kind and professional. I hope my case will be resolved in February and I'll be able to fully enjoy my implants.

After the procedure, I received clear instructions and full support, thanks to which the healing period was uneventful. The hygiene treatments were performed very thoroughly – my teeth are perfectly cleaned, and the results are immediately visible ✨🦷 The treatment of my cavities was also perfect, without rushing and with great attention to detail. After my first visit to the orthodontist, I'm very satisfied. Quick and to the point. The receptionists were helpful, smiling, and very friendly. A WONDERFUL specialist! Every visit takes place in a pleasant atmosphere, and the doctor was able to cheer up and calm even a panicking patient like me!
