Very clean and efficient dental practice, the staff were great, they can speak decent English and where very helpful, I had a filling replacement and a full clean and it came to about Β£60 all in, top job

Today was my first time getting my teeth cleaned (tartar removed) using my social security benefits at Lumpini Smile. I was very impressed with my first experience. The staff were very polite, and the dentist was also very helpful and gave excellent advice. Thank you!

The staff and the doctor seemed unprepared to communicate with clients. Into the examination room, the doctor didn't speak much. The staff walked around, speaking curtly and abruptly. Then there was no summary or recommendations like other clinics do. There was a mirror, but they didn't tell me to use it or give any comments. I respected the staff's judgment, and they said it was finished, so I accepted. Before leaving the room, I wanted to consult about my scheduled orthodontic treatment. It seems there was a communication breakdown between the doctor and staff. I had an appointment for scaling and an orthodontic consultation. When I mentioned the consultation, the doctor said the orthodontist wasn't there and didn't come in every day. It felt like they were just passing the buck. Perhaps they were in a hurry to finish work and eat. When I got home and looked in the mirror, the scaling wasn't cleaned properly. I tried it because it's close to my accommodation, but I think I'd rather travel to another clinic for a more comfortable experience.

The doctor is very cute. He helped fix the bad fillings from other places to make them look better (compared to the X-ray film). The assistants and other staff are also very cute.
