oor looked rather old and unkempt. While we were waiting, we noticed a dead cockroach on the wall behind us. We were then taken to the fourth floor, where the atmosphere was significantly better: modern renovations, cleanliness, and the smell of disinfectant. I was invited in for an examination and immediately asked what problem I had. This seemed strange to me, as I was expecting an independent assessment of my dental condition and recommendations from a specialist. I asked for a full examination and to highlight any existing issues. After that, I was sent for a CT scan. The test turned out to be a fee (200,000 dong). I was also asked separately whether I wanted it. Considering it was a diagnostic test before treatment, this seemed odd to me. After the scan, I waited about 10-15 minutes. In the next room, where another patient was being treated, my scan was open on the monitor. Several staff members, including the administrator, gathered around it. Why the administrator was participating in the discussion remained unclear to me. After the discussion, I was invited for a consultation. They showed me a CT scan and offered two options: bridges with grinding down my teeth for crowns, or orthodontic treatment (braces or aligners) followed by implants. However, they didn't provide me with any specific information about implants, despite my questions. The following point was particularly alarming. The day before, at another clinic, I had been told about a small infection in the root area of one of my upper teeth. During my consultation at this clinic, I specifically asked if there were any other problems in the image. They told me everything was fine. Then I pointed out the area the previous doctor had mentioned. After that, they first told me the problem could be related to ENT and that they weren't sure it was a dental issue at all. Then the doctor agreed that it could still be an infection. This approach raised serious doubts about the quality of the diagnosis. If I hadn't known about this problem beforehand and pointed it out myself, it might simply have been overlooked or not discussed with me. Following the visit, I felt a lack of attentiveness to the patient and a lack of confidence in the recommendations given. For this reason, I cannot recommend this clinic and advise getting a second opinion before making any serious decisions related to tooth extraction, implants, or orthodontic treatment. I initially came for implantology questions.

Getting dental implants here wasn't as painful as I expected; the doctor was very gentle.
Very friendly staff. I went there for teeth cleaning and whitening. No waiting time, even though I arrived 15 minutes early. The result is good. Unfortunately, I'm not 100% satisfied with it, but I suppose that varies from person to person. I would recommend this clinic.
