Went for piling. Strt for book an appointment until jumpa doc. I have a great experience with Loh Dental. The admin was so responsive, answer all my question with full of patient and polite. I'm so happy Alhamdullilah. 🤍😊 The clinic also uses modern tools — they even took before-and-after photos using their camera so I could see the difference clearly. pain. The 1st visit was done in 30mins, all pain was gone. They were very transparent about their pricing as well. Great service and customer follow ups. I had a root canal done here for a molar tooth (back tooth). Over 4 visits, entire process was painless. After every visit, they follow up with you via WhatsApp if everything is okay. They remind you of your appointment via WhatsApp as well. Dentists were very friendly too. Absolutely recommend this place for your dental procedures :)

Come at opening time when arrive the door is lock. So hostile and customer unfriendly

Hi, we appreciate your feedback. Regarding the issue that you have raised, our management have checked the cctv and noticed that you didn’t ring our doorbell when you came to the glassdoor that is auto-locked all the time for security purpose. Due to the height of the reception counter, our staff couldn’t see patient outside unless you ring the doorbell. As shown by the photo you have posted, there is a patient standing in front of our reception counter which indicates that we are indeed open. We hope for your understanding.
Been going here for quite sometime now. Each visit is always a pleasant one.

The doctor was very patient with the child. Knowing that the child was afraid, he would find ways to comfort him, let the parents understand the situation and explain it patiently.
Went here for dental filling. Dr Heng and nurse are patient and caring, they understood that I may have pharyngeal reflex. So they comfort me and will ask my feeling whether I am okay during the treatment. Overall service is excellent, and price is reasonable too. Recommended here if you are looking for dentists.
I had my impacted wisdom tooth and molar removed by Dr. Lim, and the entire procedure was painless. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain every step before the procedure begins. I also want to express my gratitude to the clinic assistants. They were compassionate and attentive, helping ease my fear and anxiety. Once again, thank you to Dr. Lim Boon Hui and the entire team.

Really happy with the service at Loh Dental, Jalan Perak! Dr. Wilson is super gentle and friendly, explains everything so clearly, and makes the whole visit stress-free. The staff are nice too. Definitely recommend if you need a good dentist in Penang!
