Dr Henny and her staff have been caring for me and my family for years. We could go anywhere in the world, yet their work is peerless. That its also affordable feels almost guilt inducing. Won’t allow anyone else to touch my teeth after experiencing their excellence.

I broke a veneer on a front tooth on a Thursday evening. I searched on-line for dentist offices on Friday morning and Lodtunduh Dental Center responded immediately. me with a temporary veneer. I had asked if they could expedite the process so I didn't have to have a temporary for a week or two. I seriously think the courier left their office to take my impressions to the dental lab to make the permanent veneer before I was even finished in the dentist chair. The had me come back on Monday and installed the permanent. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to accomodate my treatment. Dr. Agung was very good about explaining things and was very professional, as were all the staff. They were also very meticulous with fitting the permanent veneer to make sure the contact between all my teeth was exact. I am very happy with the service. It's my understanding that this is a new clinic that opened in May, and the Doctor that own this one owns another clinic in Ubud. Prices were very reasonable. I'm actually considering having them do work on a few other teeth.
I have been to three or four dentists in the 17 years I have lived in Bali. Dr. Henny and her team of professionals are the only ones who respond with alacrity. Dr. Henny and Dr. Agung have made sure I felt emotionally supported, was apprised of options and advised on courses of action, assuring that in their competent hands I received the professional care I required. The nurses who assisted them were attentive and focused anticipating both the patients and the doctor’s needs. This team has my gratitude. I feel I no longer need to travel to Bangkok to get the dental care I require. Thank you.

The place is very small and old, long overdue for renovation. It's unreasonably expensive. I was fooled by the good Google rating and regretted it.
I, Nyoman and my wife, Wiwik, are locals from Ubud and have been using Ubud Dental Center services since last year. The treatments I have had at this clinic include dental nerve treatment, Wisdom Dental surgery, and cavity fillings. I have never found a clinic as good as this in Bali. The worst clinic imaginable, with absolutely incompetent doctors. Want to lose a tooth? This is the place! For reasonable people, I'll tell you that they have two branches: one in the city center and one in the Lodtunduh area. Don't go to either. They ruined my tooth with their treatment, widening the canals, and charged me 4,500,000 rubles, refusing to refund the full amount for my damaged…

health. In total, I spent 12,000,000 rubles and two months of pain and time on the redoing of the work (6,000,000 rubles), the x-rays (1,500,000 rubles) they prescribed. They refunded me 2.5 million. I demand the full 4,500,000 rubles. They treated my tooth for two months, and then started insisting on an extraction. I refused. Then they changed their story, and they said it wasn't the tooth, but I needed to see a neurologist. And all this time I was in so much pain that I couldn't eat. And then they started saying again: only an extraction. I went to another clinic, where they fixed my tooth in the first session and said there was no need for an extraction. The tooth was infected. The canals were dirty.
Never come to this clinic for root canal treatment. I've been going there for over three months and numerous visits, and I've been suffering from toothache the entire time, and they can't help me. I spent 4,500,000 rupees on the treatment itself, 700,000 on the filling, and I got a 3D x-ray at another clinic for 1,000,000, after which they still couldn't remove the nerves in my canals. They…

refused to refund my money, saying they did their best, wasting time and materials, and that the fact that I spent three months of my life with toothache and that they didn't do what I paid them for doesn't bother them. Ubud DC is also their clinic, and the same doctors work there. I was treated there too, and the results are the same.

The best dentist ever! They are so highly skilled, and knowledgeable. I have had a lot of work done over the past 6 months and every time their incredibly friendly staff look after me so well, they make me feel so welcome and comfortable. They really do a fantastic job with the anaesthetic and I feel like my comfort is always considered with any treatment they do. On top of all of this, their prices are incredibly affordable. They are also fantastic with our kids, who have also had many appointments with them and now have a positive attitude about going to the dentists. I’ve had many many dentists over the years and many treatments and Lodtundah is by far the best dentists I’ve ever been to. Thank you Lodtunduh for fixing my smile and making me like my teeth for the first time I’m my life!
