Everything that the plan covers, this clinic doesn't cover, claiming it's for aesthetic reasons. And then, when they schedule an appointment 30 days later, they cancel it the day before. They have a great structure that's completely useless.

We would like to clarify that each health insurance plan has its own coverage rules, and these coverages vary according to each PATIENT's contract with the plan. Our clinic is accredited to perform, through the health insurance plan, general dentistry, orthodontics, and prosthetics (partial and total). Other procedures, as we informed you at the time of your appointment, are not covered by professionals accredited by the health insurance plan at our clinic. In these cases, the patient always has the option of: Having the procedure done privately here at the clinic, taking advantage of our complete structure and qualified team, or Searching within your health insurance plan's network for a professional or clinic that can perform the desired procedure. Regarding scheduling, we have a high demand for appointments and we work to offer appointments as soon as possible. Cancellations only occur in exceptional situations, such as emergencies or necessary schedule adjustments, and we always try to reschedule for the earliest available date. We emphasize that we value transparency, ethics, and quality in all our services, and that our facilities are always available to offer the best dental care to our patients. The worst service of all the clinics in Campo Grande. You schedule an appointment and they simply prioritize private patients, leaving those with insurance waiting in the reception area. wouldn't wait any longer and would leave. Furthermore, the doctor didn't even look at you, so I don't recommend them. At the very least, they lacked empathy for those who come through insurance.
