I'm incredibly impressed by the entire team's approach to both children and parents. This place is run by people with a huge passion for what they do. as long and demanding, but everything went smoothly, efficiently, and under complete control. We felt well-cared for at every stage β everything was thoroughly explained, and the staff ensured our peace of mind and comfort. Most importantly, our child is delighted! On Friday, I received a text message and two phone calls by 12:00 PM from the clinic to confirm. The hours are so bad that I can't answer because I'm at work. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Magdalena Raczkiewicz! We visited here with my two-year-old sons β twins β for their first dentist appointment. Although we were a little apprehensive, they were happy with the exam and were happy afterward. The doctor was great with children; the visit went smoothly and without tears. very professional service and approach of Dr. Tomasz Piekarczyk, he gave my daughter beautiful teeth. The entire team of doctors took care of us like nowhere else. It was wonderful, and above all, I felt no fear because the anesthesiologist explained everything and kept my daughter under constant supervision. I was most afraid of the anesthesia for my child, but if I had to have the procedure done again, I would definitely do it at Let's Dent. My daughter went through it very well, and when I spoke to other parents in the waiting room, they also comforted me and assured me that nothing would happen to her and that I would be happy, and that's what I truly was. I would also like to thank the entire team who cared for my son during the procedure under general anesthesia. I was constantly informed about every step β what was happening, how my son was coping with the procedure, and the progress of the procedure. This gave me great peace of mind, and my little one wasn't even afraid, as he was met with smiles, support, and warmth from the very beginning. I was also very impressed by the work of the anesthesiologist, Mr. Grzegorz Kilian, who called ahead of time to discuss everything, discuss the child's health, and prepare us step by step for the procedure. His professionalism and friendly approach were truly reassuring. Special thanks also go to Ms. Katarzyna Kotucha, who performed the procedure. She was incredibly warm, calm, and competent. Afterward, she thoroughly explained what had been done, how to proceed in the following days, and what to look out for. Her care gave me a tremendous sense of security and confidence that my son was in the best hands.
