e word for word; he took the time to explain everything, to help me understand each step, each detail, and to make sure I felt comfortable. Ayman was there from beginning to end, always attentive, always ready to answer my questions. Thanks to him, I never felt lost or stressed. Having someone like him by my side was truly reassuring. I didn't just feel like a foreign patient, but like someone who was being supported and understood. He knew how to put me at ease, clarify many things, and help me experience this with peace of mind. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the patients, beyond his role as a translator.
