e charged a very high 25,000 baht. That's outrageous, especially since Invisalign provides free refinement to patients. As a consumer, I felt the clinic shouldn't have charged this. I'm not sure if they've stopped charging for it now. Invisalign also offers a warranty for 1-3 years of treatment. If there are any problems, claims can be made according to the terms and conditions, including free adjustments. If it's within the Invisalign conditions, LDC never informed their patients about this. I'm not sure if they've improved this aspect now... The Viviera brand retainers are also more expensive than elsewhere; the price difference is significant.

that we had already made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, there was no call to inform us. We went to the appointment, but the counter staff said we hadn't made an appointment. When we asked who received the call, they said the manager had taken the request but hadn't scheduled an appointment, claiming they were too busy and forgot. From all the times I've been there, the staff haven't seemed particularly busy. This needs improvement.
