Don't trust the reviews; it's often their friends who give 5 stars. This "clinic"—more like a dental building—is staffed by dentists who want to quickly fit crowns and send you home! A disgrace! If you want veneers, do it in your home country, not here!

I strongly advise against this clinic… One of the worst experiences of my life… First of all, upon arrival, I was surprised to see a two-story building, not a clinic… On the phone, it was clearly agreed with my contact, Nour, that I would be getting 16 E-max veneers (8 on top, 8 on the bottom). At no point was there any mention of using an internal zirconium framework or modifying the planned procedure. Once there, I discovered a completely different plan, involving zirconia inside and significant tooth preparation. This change had never been explained or agreed upon with me beforehand. For such an invasive and irreversible treatment, this is unacceptable. The worst part? I was offered to start filing my teeth after a 30-minute consultation with the dentist… No follow-up medical examination, no X-rays… They just want to be as quick as possible and not waste any time… Unbelievable. Regarding the French-speaking representative named Nour, I never actually saw her, despite her claiming to be in the office. No meeting, no real presence. This strongly suggests an external intermediary who isn't even in Istanbul, an invisible person probably in another country, acting as a go-between for French-speaking patients and the "clinic," without any direct, transparent connection to the medical team on site, who doesn't speak a word of French… 🤦🏻‍♂️ When we're talking about permanent dental procedures, the very least one should expect is clear, open, and face-to-face communication. There's a real lack of transparency here, and it raises serious questions. Once they realized I wasn't going to follow the treatment they'd recommended for my "well-being," the clinic rushed to call the hotel where I was staying to charge me for the two nights, which cost €200. I was supposed to stay nine nights. They simply don't want to listen to you because your choices take too much time and are too difficult to implement. For me, it was a complete waste of time... You're considered medical tourism in their eyes. They don't care about follow-up, well-being, side effects, etc. In short, I decided to have it done at home in Brussels. It's more expensive, admittedly, but at least there's a proper process and a real dentist who takes their time. I strongly advise against committing to anything without demanding everything in writing and without meeting in person with those responsible for the follow-up care.

I had my first visit for a dental implant at LaViva Dental Clinic in Istanbul, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, the anesthesia application was completely painless, which immediately put me at ease. The doctor is very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and communicated in a professional and reassuring way throughout the visit. The staff are extremely friendly, respectful, and very accommodating. They genuinely make you feel comfortable and welcome, not rushed at all. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, which added to the overall confidence and comfort. The location is excellent — very close to the famous Taksim Square, making it easy to reach. I was also pleasantly surprised that they offered a free airport pickup, even though I did not take their package deal that includes hotel and transportation. I appreciated the flexibility, as I wanted to book my own hotel in a specific area. Overall, this was a smooth, professional, and stress-free first visit. I highly recommend LaViva Dental Clinic to anyone considering dental implants or dental treatment in Istanbul.

I came to Laviva clinic in Istanbul from the United States . After having major issues with my teeth over the last 20 years I finally decided to do something about it . After messaging Laviva clinic on WhatsApp and messaging with Rasha ( who was excellent ) I booked my appointment and traveled 15 hours here . The clinic set up the hotel and also the transport from hotel and to all clinical appointments . They fully explained what was needed and even though I was nervous I went thru with the procedure , and I am so happy that I did . I had full extractions and 16 implants placed that came out flawlessly . Procedure was painless - I choose sedation for my own benefit and I didn’t feel a thing other then some light pressure afterwards .I just received my fixed temporary teeth just an few hours ago and I couldn’t be happier . They truly are caring people . Even with all the travel I have no regrets and only wished I did this years ago . I will return late spring for my permanent teeth and will update everyone on this .Thank you Rasha and the entire team at Laviva clinic , you have exceeded my expectations and also educated me and settled my nervous on doing this procedure . Will see you again late spring of 2026
