The office is great, communication with the reception is not great. The lady apparently doesn't answer the phones at all, I tried calling for 40 minutes straight and still nothing :) I refuse to believe she's so busy...
A beautiful modern office where a nice receptionist will greet you with a nice smile. And that's how it all starts :) I was terribly afraid of the dentist, but here I know that I really don't have to be afraid :)
Everything was great, thank you to Dr. Benýšková and the nurse, I can definitely recommend it. High-quality and very carefully explained examination and subsequent procedure :)

another dentist for my initial check-up and he did not understand why they would drill so many teeth in me, since he did not find a single cavity. I later learned from a colleague that he had the same experience, they also allegedly found more cavities for him, but his new dentist said that he had no cavities. Strange.
I came to the conclusion that I have had a sensitive molar for a long time. The doctor did an X-ray and found that there was inflammation around the root canal. And either it needs to be pulled out or cleaned and a new crown. Then I also dealt with the pain in the jaw joint, I was recommended physiotherapy. Ok. thing, which is that I had previously warned during preventive examinations that I had a sensitive molar during my period. I went to a doctor, she told me that it was a hormonal imbalance during that period and that it could be sensitive, and the last time I told my current doctor about it was during my last preventive examination. She told me that it probably wasn't the crown, that the fifth tooth had something exposed there and it could be sensitive. Now it's clear to me that if one or the other doctor had done an X-ray of the entire molar back then, the inflammation would probably have already been there and would have been present from time to time. I'm sorry that they neglected it and because of that it's now a bit of a time bomb and it didn't have to be. As for the joint, I understand that it's not that tragic for me (I can move my mouth and I've already made an appointment where they treat the joint), but in retrospect I was sorry that the doctor didn't do an X-ray of that side to rule out if something was going on in the teeth, because the mouth is simply connected. That's why I'm giving 3 stars because I feel that the care should have been more consistent. As for the environment, beautiful, clean. As for finances, it's simply a private office, where the insurance company pays for some and the client pays for some. It's not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.
For me, the hygiene is pleasant. A good hygienist. But those dentists. I've been to two because the first one didn't suit me. They couldn't fix the tooth they did wrong. And the second one actually couldn't fix it either. I don't recommend pulling the eight teeth here. I threw up and almost fainted. I went to a new dentist today. He pulled my eight teeth. l approach was taken into account, which I probably ask for with my fear. I have been afraid of dentists all my life and after this experience I can say with peace of mind that this is no longer the case and I look forward to every next treatment. The clinic as such set up a clear treatment plan for my entire dentition, I am informed about everything in a timely and understandable manner. The professionalism combined with the human approach here is at the highest possible level. I have already had several treatments and each time it is a pleasant, completely painless experience. Thank you very much again. P.S. anti-stress plush toys are a great idea :)

It was here that I realized that visiting the dentist doesn't have to be a bad thing and there's nothing to be afraid of. Professional and modern approach. They also work online. Beautiful premises. Friendly staff. Every time I visit, I'm surprised that we have something like this in the Czech healthcare system.
As for the environment and the approach of the staff, everything was without problems. However, I was annoyed when, after the examination, the attending physician issued me a bill for "photo documentation of the teeth", which is supposedly an integral part of the initial examination. EDIT: the photos are also out of focus, so I don't really understand what they are actually for). The price list on the website lists the price for this procedure, including information that it is an integral part of the initial examination. However, if you create an order online, none of the information displayed indicates that this is part of the price for services that is not covered by the health insurance company. The information provided only shows that the examination consists of taking X-rays, determining a treatment plan and photo documentation of the teeth, and that the price is 1,100 CZK. Booking an appointment can be done online by filling out the form, which is available at the link located right on the provider's homepage. Right on the homepage it is also stated which insurance companies the provider has a contract with. The price list, from which it can be deduced that dental photo documentation is not covered by the insurance company, is not on the homepage. The way in which the provider presents the price for the services is therefore misleading in my opinion.

request, a treatment plan was subsequently created for me (repair of cracked teeth, dental hygiene and subsequent production of larger prosthetics of six crowns). The prosthetics were made by the laboratory technician Ms. Zahnášová, the crowns are beautiful, again precise work. And of course, we cannot forget to praise the nurses, the receptionist, the dental hygienist and the owner of the clinic himself. He was working at the reception during one of my visits, apparently replacing the receptionist. All procedures are painless and the prices are more than reasonable. I definitely recommend the clinic, I do not intend to change it. I currently have a much happier life.

It's for superhumans, as a pensioner I don't have the money for it and I did it 10 hours a day for 49 years and every vacation 2 months. I have an apartment in a private ownership and I pay 12,446 .- per month into the l0prav fund
The dental hygienist, Ms. Lenka, is very nice and helpful. I would happily recommend her to anyone who needs a more sensitive approach. Overall, I am very satisfied and would love to come back.

She works at the Dental Center Manesova clinic, where you can certainly discuss your problem with her, if it is so personal. We try to be as accommodating as possible to all our clients, and if you want to solve it with us, you can arrange a personal meeting directly with the management through our reception. And yes, you can contact the Medical Chamber. We fully stand behind our diagnostics.

Good morning, thank you for valuable feedback and we are sorry for inconvenience. As happened in your case - our receptionist contacts all clients with additional requests in their booking via phone immediately after the booking is seen in our system. We aim to avoid any further misunderstandings in advance and we preffer individual approach, therefore she explains clients in detail why our clinic does not accept little children without at least one of their parents. However to improve our service, we added currently in our system the information that entrance appointment is meant primarily for adults. Best regards, LaDenta
