again the following day before my return flight. I was told that this sensation was probably caused by the local anesthesia and that I should wait. Since the issue persisted, I consulted an independent dentist in Germany. After examination and X-rays, he confirmed that the tooth itself appears stable, but the bridge shows slight mobility. His first recommendation was to carefully remove the bridge and re-cement it if necessary, which is a common and conservative approach. However, if the bridge cannot be removed without cutting it, it may have to be sectioned or destroyed in order to access the underlying teeth. In that case, additional extensive treatments could become necessary, such as placing an implant for the missing tooth. This would result in significant additional costs. Kreativ Dental’s response was that they assume the problem must be my tooth stump and that the bridge would need to be cut off and implants placed. At the same time, I was informed that I would need to travel back to Budapest at my own expense so that they could even assess the situation. This situation is very disappointing for me, especially since I reported the issue immediately after the treatment. If the situation had been carefully reviewed at that time, or if potential risks had been clearly communicated earlier, the current situation might possibly have been avoided. I would have expected a more constructive and customer-oriented solution within the warranty.
Beware of scams. Take your time to avoid being ripped off like I was. They tried on a temporary denture the day I left [absolutely unprofessional, and they knew it], but they charged me 700 euros. For major treatments, take your time to avoid being taken advantage of...

During your initial consultation, which was free of charge (including hotel accommodation, airport transfer, etc.), our team offered you two detailed treatment plans after a thorough evaluation of your oral health by several specialists. You accepted the proposed plan and began your treatment the following morning. Two days later, after scheduled procedures, you left the clinic with two long-term temporary prostheses. According to your plan, you were to return to the clinic a few months later—still in 2014—to continue the work and receive implants. However, since then, you have given no sign of life. Allow me to ask you a question: Why haven't you contacted us and why haven't you returned since? If our prosthesis lasted twelve years, we are proud of the quality of our prepared temporary prosthesis, which confirms the high quality of work provided by our dental laboratory. I’ve been here twice and had a great experience both times. Booking by phone was quick and easy, and the staff are friendly and professional. I had an X-ray, check-up, and cleaning. I was nervous at first, but the dentist was very reassuring and explained everything clearly. There was almost no waiting time, and I didn’t need any follow-up treatment. Highly recommend!

With extensive dental work, you also save a considerable amount of money. Flights and accommodation do cost money, but with good and timely travel planning, it can be done more cheaply. I don't recommend staying at the nearby partner hotel, but rather an apartment or hotel room in the city center. Budapest has a lot to offer, and the public transport network is superb.

a numbing cream before the numbing injections and never felt anything from what they were doing. I got the result I wanted and they recommended. I've gotten so many compliments on my teeth afterwards and I'm so glad I did. I can highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Good follow-up and help from someone here in Norway (Kristian) you can call and plan everything in advance. And if there's something on the trip or something you were wondering about during your stay, I got in touch without any problems. They also had an interpreter at the clinic, otherwise English was fine for me too. You can tell everyone is service-minded and you always get a smile and they hear how you're doing. The city is also amazing to experience while getting dental treatment - so I want to make this an annual trip where I get teeth cleaning and a long weekend in Budapest with the kids. I included a before and after picture I found on my phone - not the best pictures but I'm really happy with the result. Perfect teeth and a great smile I can say I've got 🤩
