The dermatologist's service is excellent, I have no complaints about that! However, you can't be late or you lose your right to be seen. On the day of my follow-up appointment, I had a transportation problem and arrived late. The receptionist informed me that the doctor had already marked it in the system as "Did not attend" and there was nothing more to be done. Therefore, I missed my follow-up…

I've been here for dermatological care and I simply loved it... I recommend Dr. Marcella, she's a simple, kind person and very good at her job... I highly recommend everyone to visit, schedule your appointments and see the quality of care and work at the clinic. Congratulations to the reception team and the doctor's office, everyone performing at a high level of quality...
