Professional, very correct, polite and the quality of work is at its best. Now that I know you, I would not change you for another clinic, on the contrary, I have suggested you in every conversation with friends and relatives.
I had a dental cleaning done and my experience didn't match my expectations. On a positive note, the clinic was clean, staff were friendly and professional. examination or assessment. The hygienist immediately started to remove plague and tartar using an ultrasonic device. He then finished up with polishing. Feedback as to any concerning areas or advise had to be prompted. There was no manual cleaning or flossing. Also no fluoride rinsing. While my teeth did feel somewhat cleaner, I wondered if some of my previously diagnosed deeper gum pockets were address sufficiently.

Mr Leonidas Potsis, Please allow us to clarify for the others what you already know too well. It is true that we did not offer services to you and the reason is that on numerous occasions you came so drunk to the appointment that it was not safe for your own health to carry out any dental procedure. Furthermore, you have been so loud and a nuisance to other patients present in the clinic, that we had to report you to the police. You did pay but 2 years ago and for work we did in your upper jaw that you were already happy with. This is why you came back. Even though you may be upset that we didn't offer services in a drunk state, we remain committed to providing safe and professional medical procedures our clinic. We do not compromise on quality.
