Slow to finish. What a crappy clinic this is. Only 2 patients including me. Can wait for more than an hour. Lots of staff all balanced, eating snacks. Doctor maybe sleeping in the room. Go ahead and do business. Staff is a little slow. Lousy clinic ever in jb. Never come again

I came to the clinic on 24 Nov at 9:45pm for my son's hard and blocked earwax. I really hoped the doctor could help remove it or at least give a clear explanation. But my experience was very disappointing. Before the treatment, the doctor asked in a blaming tone, "Why are you coming now?" and said that this problem may have been 2 weeks old. Such a sentence was not helpful at all and made me feel blamed as a mother. The doctor tried to swaddle my son, but was unsuccessful in stopping him from moving. After that, the doctor continued to say that the procedure could not be done because he was "afraid of bleeding ears" and because my son "didn't cooperate". Finally, my son was given drops, and my son's earwax still hasn't come out. If you have an ENT problem, don't come to this clinic. They may only focus on the problem of a common fever. We came to get help, not to be blamed or treated carelessly. I hope the clinic can improve its communication, service and professionalism, especially when dealing with children. However, thank you to the staff and doctors who tried to help, maybe it was because I came a bit late that they were not enthusiastic to attend to my child's case. I suggest the clinic operates from 8 am to 5 pm like office hours if they are not able to treat customers with empathy at the end of the operation hours.

Slowest clinic I have ever been. On the day I went, apparently there were only few (3 numbers) before my turn. Turned out I waited for around 40 minutes for my turn (even the patient before me entered the treatment room at the same time I entered the consultation room, means the doctor only see 2 patients in the 40 minutes???). Then I got to consult doctor for 2 minutes. Haha. Then it was another 20-minute waiting time for dispensary even there was only 1 patient before me waiting for her medicine. But it still took 20 minutes for waiting. Wow.

Response from the owner 6 months agoDear Ng Xin Tong, the patient before you came for blood test report review and the patient has some issues and thr doctor had to repeat the full blood count and reviewed this result as well which is a delay for you. While waiting for your medication we had another patient with asthma attack with spO2 92 and that patient required urgent attention from doctor in charge and staff.That is the reason for your medication dispensing delay. Just for sharing, we dont only treat cough and cold. There are some cases that will need immediate attention like breathing difficulties. Hope this explain why you have to wait longer today for consultation and medication.
