dentists out there would do just to make a quick commission. One small but meaningful gesture that I appreciate from Dr. Jean is her asking for her patients’ language preference prior to starting their consultation sessions to ensure the best doctor-patient interaction possible. Aside from the treatment/consultation experience, the clinic personnel from the receptionists to the nurses are also friendly & make you feel like a valued customer! Clinic is well furnished & clean; reception area feels comfortable despite only spending < 5 mins to wait for my session. Speaking of which, it’s highly recommended to make an appointment via WhatsApp with the clinic before coming to ensure the most seamless visit possible!

Needed to find a trustworthy dentist while on holiday. I wanted to get a check up done. It's very easy to make an appointment. Staff are very kind and quick to respond to calls/ texts and I was in the very next morning. th. She gave a very easy- to understand explanation of what was wrong, what I needed to do better as well as what procedures needed to be done and how they needed to be done. She then performed both procedures and I felt absolutely nothing. I almost fell asleep a couple of times. Both she and the nurse were very gentle and careful. If something is going to cause you a little discomfort, they are sure to tell you before doing anything. There are no surprises and they charge very reasonably. My teeth feel great now, and far less sensitive when I'm eating and drinking compared to before. Thank you so much to Dr Jean and the rest of the staff at Smilegram Dental!
The doctor is incredibly sweet, and the staff are both kind and professional. The doctor’s explanations were clear and easy to understand she laid out all the options and recommended what she thought was best. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend!
