Alhamdulillah..the gum pain went away after seeing the doctor and staff who were very friendly..had to have my wisdom teeth extracted..but the pain was gone because the doctor was very professional..thanks Medini Klinik Mutiara Rini.

Excellent service from start to finish. The dentist (Dr Dhanuusha) and the staffs were kind, friendly, and very patient in handling my case. The Dr took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. I truly appreciate the care I received. Highly recommended. Lots of love for them ❤️

My first and the last. The worst dental treatment in my life. There were 3 people attending me, I think the dentist just graduated from school. Not professional at all for scaling and polishing and charges are way too high. I regret going there, my face was all messy and wet, the assistant tried to cover my face (specifically nose), was supposed to cover the debris but instead she suffocated me…

We would like to clarify that the charges were higher due to the presence of heavy staining on the teeth, which required the use of air polishing. This procedure can indeed be a bit messy, as it involves the use of water and powder to effectively remove stains. While it may feel uncomfortable, it is one of the most effective and safe methods for stain removal. Regarding the number of people attending to you, there was one qualified dentist and two trained dental surgery assistants. We understand the discomfort caused, especially with the cloth placed over your face — it was meant to minimize debris, but we truly regret that it caused you to feel suffocated. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

I had scaling and polishing done here, the service was very good and the doctor was friendly. At first, my teeth were sensitive, drinking cold or hot water hurt a little. But after a few days, everything went back to normal and my teeth felt cleaner. The clinic is comfortable and the staff is friendly. Recommended!
