o explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and handled my treatment with so much care. You can really tell that she is passionate about her work and genuinely cares for her patients. The clinic itself was clean, well-organised, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were polite, friendly, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in . despite me being late, there was no judgment or rushing at all. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely come back here again and will highly recommend Dr Prisha and this clinic to my family and friends. Thank you for going the extra mile for your patients!

unnecessary services, unlike some other clinics. She even advised that I could wait and do the whitening closer to my wedding, which showed that she truly had my best interest in mind. The service overall was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and patient in answering all my questions. It was a very comfortable and trustworthy experience. Highly recommended.

The doctor is Friendly and professional, the receptionist is friendly also and easy to book the appointment.
Professional and patience dentist. Second time visit. Able to book appointment via whatsapp and get confirmation of appointment quickly. They will remind appointment before actual day. Will come back for routine dental check. Excellent service from both dentist and staff. Thank you.
I called this clinic on 21/1 around 10am-ish just to check whether they were open on Thaipusam, as it’s the only time I can come down from Singapore. the lady who answered was unnecessarily rude. I asked politely if I could walk in, and she replied, “Why want to walk in if you can book an appointment?” in a very unpleasant tone.I explained that I don’t know my exact arrival time in JB and was worried I might not make it on time if I booked an appointment. Also, Google lists this as a walk-in clinic, so the question was reasonable. If appointments are required, it could have been explained nicely no need for the attitude.Maybe it was still early in the morning and she wasn’t quite ready to work yet 😅 but first impressions matter. After that call, I cancelled my trip to JB altogether. Thank you for the first impressionunfortunately, JB (and this clinic) is now off my list.
