Encountered Dr Presha at the JDT dental clinic for a check-up and scaling. She explained the procedure clearly and gave very helpful advice. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming.
Good service and affordable price, did both scaling and air polishing for a very good price, the cleaning is deep and all stain is fully removed, happy with the services.

I chose this dental clinic due to the high Google ratings, but my overall experience is disappointing. Having visited clinics in Penang, KL & Sg, the standards here simply do not compare. p 3.30pm), only to be left waiting until 3.45pm. While I rushed to meet every scheduled time, It's clear that the clinic does not respect the patient's time in return. It did not gave the atmosphere of a professional medical facility. Staff spent the duration of the my procedure chatting about their personal lives. At one point, I actually had to catch and hold a cheek retractor myself, when there are 3 assistants standing by. I understand the importance of young talents learning & getting practical experience, but most are playful, too distracted and requires constant reminder from the doctor. Lack of patient care. After my last treatment, there was zero debrief. Doctor rushed out immediately to the next room after saying "if there are any issues, pls contact us". I couldn't even get a tissue from any staff after mouth rinsing at the dental chair and had to get up and find one myself from their work bench.
Did my scaling and polishing here. Affordable pricing. Great service by the female dentist. Will come back again.

Had the best dental visit at the clinic. Dr. Kaushalya went for extra miles to make dentures and crown for my parents within short period of time. Have decided to pay regular visit for dental checks for our family.
The staff and dentist are very good personality. Especially Doctor Shan, he even give me a good advice that how to clean my teeth properly, I very appreciate.
