Very good. My tooth had a crack, and in China, they wouldn't treat it because doctors wouldn't make enough money. They said it was serious enough to need a crown. Only one doctor at Ruijin Hospital could fill it, but they said both sides couldn't be filled at the same time. I couldn't find that doctor a second time; she was on a regular appointment. crowns. The First People's Hospital couldn't do it either. Of course, I didn't go to any other places. Here, they filled it quickly and easily. One-on-one service, patient, meticulous, and skilled. The price was reasonable—120 yuan per tooth. The doctor at Ruijin Hospital is very skilled; it's covered by medical insurance, but good doctors only have regular appointments, which are hard to get. It was much more convenient here.
Dr. Kamini is very gentle, professional, and caring. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful experience here with teeth whitening. Firstly was greeted with friendly smile from Dina who gladly explained the details and then booked me in for my in office teeth whitening session. Had my braces removed at Gigi Inc Dental Clinic and it was a great experience. The place is very aesthetic and comfortable, the staff were super nice, and the doctor gave helpful suggestions after my braces removal. Highly recommended!

We went to the clinic to get my mother's tooth extracted and get one tooth added to the existing denture. The lady dentist told us the price of adding the tooth around RM100-150(extraction cost separate). However, when we revisted her after two weeks of extraction to get the denture fixed, she said that they will charge RM350. I felt cheated because of the wrong expectation setting 2 weeks back. I…

told her about the same but she smiled and asked me whether I wanted to pay or not, expecting me to leave soon if I didn't want to pay. Not the clinic but the dentist is a fraud and I would advise no one to visit her. Reply to the owner I think you did not understand where the dentist went wrong. I am not accusing you but sharing feedback saying that wrong expectation was set on the day when we went for the tooth extraction. If the proper rates would have been given to me, then we might have chosen a different dentist. Offcourse I declined the tooth replacement after hearing the dentist go back from her words and then the smirk on her face when I told her that I felt cheated as if she wanted me to leave as soon as possible. She gave me the rates saying that to the maximum it will not be more than RM200 and then in the next sitting she did not even bother to check if the gum had healed or not. She directly checked what rates she had given me the last time. Absolutely unprofessional and bad experience. Also she told me that you would keep a commission of RM50 out of the 350, and that also makes my point clear that extraction is purely your income but fixing denture is just RM50 job. You might choose not to change anything but this is not the way a doctor should behave.

No impressions were taken, no laboratory work was started, and no payment was collected for the denture repair or addition of tooth. Fees for denture repair and modification are based on Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) recommended fee guidelines, which are clearly displayed in the clinic. Final charges can vary depending on the condition of the existing denture and laboratory requirements, and are only confirmed after proper clinical assessment and lab verification. In this case, the final quotation of RM350 reflected the actual laboratory work required, including tooth addition and relining of the denture base. If the quoted fee was not agreeable, patient has the rights to decline treatment , and no charges will be imposed. We regret any misunderstanding regarding expectations. However, we respectfully disagree with the allegation of dishonesty, as no treatment was carried out and no payment was taken. Had my scaling and polishing done by Dr Kamini and it was a really pleasant experience. She explained everything clearly and made the whole session very comfortable. Loved the clinic’s ambience too. It was a good experience, it is very fast and its not really painful to get the tooth out off my mouth.
2nd time coming hear, the service never fail. The price is oke compare with other dental clinic near TAR area. All the staff are so gewd from booking by whatsapp till end of process. Will definitely recommend this clinic to people around me haha
