My go-to dental office whenever I’m in Penang. Booking appointments online is super easy, and the staff is always so welcoming and amazing. Dr. Diong does impeccable work every time and pays attention to even the small details I wouldn’t have noticed, plus gives really helpful advice tailored to your needs. Amazing job as always. Such a great way to start 2026! XOXO ♥️♥️♥️

I went for dental treatment in this clinic multiple times, and I must say I'm super satisfied with all the treatments provided. The staff and the doctor were really helpful and friendly. The doctor even taught me how to brush my teeth properly, which was very helpful! Thank you dr diong and all the staff. I will definately come back.

what the doctor's decision was after the dental check, I understand and I can accept if I can't.. But I can explain nicely. I plan to change clinics because the clinics are very crowded now and I don't have time to go because I have other problems. I'm okay to spend more money. I came to consult the procedure to change everything, you asked why I didn't follow up for 7 months, it's because I was away from Penang and got a medical condition. The clinic is full, I want to go to your clinic to change and I want you to consult the procedure. At the same time I want to scale and change the gum because it doesn't feel clean.. then I want to continue treatment here since the price is ok for me to change everything... but you said I'm a red flag for not going to follow up for 7 months, you said I came with a problem, you said I like to bring a problem to you.. you're still whining when I check my teeth.. I'm not a dentist and I don't know what's wrong.. I came to ask you if you're okay and I don't like to come.. if I don't want to refuse okay I won't give you free charity,, I can pay,, also look for another clinic that isn't viral. Professional and still agree to change,, pay more than you'd like to see if it's okay.. be nice. You don't know what people are going through. I give 5 stars to your staff, they're nice and gentle and explain. Go learn communication skills with them.. bad doctor

Our response; during the session, the doctor only conducted an examination according to the clinic's SOP and asked several important questions regarding braces treatment that had not been done for a long time. Standard practice is to review and do scaling every month or two. A period of 7 months without attending a review and the lack of prior notification to the clinic before, can affect the safety and outcome of the patient's treatment. The doctor's intention is to assess the risk and protect the patient's health, not to blame. We have also informed you in advance at the counter about the need for a case note / cast from the original clinic if you want to continue with braces treatment, and the cost of the treatment has been clearly explained. On the day of the visit, the treatment chosen is for review only, and no procedures are performed. We understand that each patient comes with different situations and emotions, and we greatly appreciate this feedback as an opportunity for us to improve our communication methods to be clearer in the future. Dr Diong is a very professional dentist who cares for patient's teeth and patient's comfort while serving his patient. possible best and fastest cleaning ever. i just wanted to get rid of calculus and everything has been done under 30 minutes. Doctor explained everything to me, gave me advice, and was really kind in general, like the whole staff. Everybody here talks really good english. i got an appointment the day after contacting them
