My first time here, the service was excellent. The clinic was clean. Midwife Sutresna (Yutut) and Dr. Youthma provided excellent service. Thank you, Kasta Gumani Clinic.

I used to go to the first healthcare facility in the Denpasar area, but the service wasn't as good as the Kasta Gumani clinic. I chose this clinic because it was open 24/7. The service is lacking, the person in charge of the administration is very rude, "the fat one takes a long time to serve, it's no problem to ask" but my condition when I went there yesterday was really bad, unfortunately the pain when I was checked, the doctor took a long time to come in and out of the room, he didn't even know what medicine to give, it was like he was giving me medicine.

Management has taken concrete action to contact Ms. Sukma directly, but unfortunately, her response was less than communicative and the communication was only one-way. Consequently, communication was not maintained properly. We hope Ms. Sukma remains healthy and can act more maturely in the future without body-shaming our employees.
