Today I had an Invisalign check-up with Drg Felix Hartono. As usual, I am always satisfied with the service at Noto Clinic. The doctor is also friendly and the progress of my dental treatment is on target. Thank you Noto Clinic.

Yesterday I came with swollen and painful gums. I usually go to Dr. Sinta but unfortunately she wasn't available so I had to go to any doctor available. Finally I got Dr. Gabby & I was disappointed with her way of treating patients who seemed to do whatever she wanted. continued, I felt like I was in a torture chamber. Until finally I was told to rinse my mouth, she stopped herself. She still said let's clean it again... that's crazy, I already said it hurts and I don't want to anymore, she still offered to continue. In the end, I still didn't want to continue because it was so painful & I asked her to give me medicine first if it's flat then if I want to clean it, it's okay. That's all I was charged 350 thousand for 1 tooth scaling which was NOT EVEN COMPLETE & PAINFUL. I said it's not finished, why are you charging me? I can't believe this doctor has feelings, does he?

The clinic is incredibly clean (most importantly). All the equipment is sterilized. Dr. Muliani was very patient and thorough in examining tartar and giving me and my child Invisalign advice. Top-notch Noto Clinic! Continued success!
