very patient and attentive. We were able to understand each other with the help of a translator, which made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the treatment. I fully trusted him and I have absolutely no regrets. I have always had a strong fear of dentists, especially orthodontists, and wearing braces was not easy for me. However, thanks to this doctor and the entire clinic team, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Harry Mahayasa to everyone. He is a true professional who takes an individual approach and finds the best treatment for each patient. The prices are also very reasonable. A huge thank you to the entire team — I truly appreciate everything you do.

Gatsu Subroto Dentes Clinic is not recommended for dental care. The fees are high but the quality is subpar. After fillings, my gums and mouth became infected. I returned for a checkup and was referred to another hospital. Worse still, the fillings didn't last long, lasting only two weeks. I was disappointed after receiving treatment there.

It seems we need to review this further so you understand your gum and tooth issues, and so that our prospective patients don't misunderstand your review of our clinic. 😊🙏 As explained to our doctor, regarding the tooth you plan to have filled, we explained and educated you before the filling, and took an intraoral photo of the tooth to be filled. During the first visit, there was no infection after the filling, as evidenced by our doctor's initial examination, which included tapping and air spraying. There were no complaints of pain. During the education session, it was explained that if some teeth become painful, root canal treatment (PSA) would be necessary. This statement was a solution to her sister's current problem. Since the patient had wanted a filling at her first visit, if the problem returned later, the solution was to have a root canal treatment. To date, the filling at our clinic has not fallen out. Then for the gum problem, the patient's gums have been inflamed since the first time he came to our clinic and has been given mouthwash to provide a solution for the inflammation in the patient's gums, where there was no inflammation after being filled as the patient's review, so that during the umpteenth visit there was inflammation that got worse in the patient's gums which probably occurred due to internal problems in the patient's gums and our doctor diagnosed it as oral disease, our doctor is very open if the patient wants to consult again and has been explained to the patient that his brother's gum problem is no longer in the realm of a general dentist, but is the realm of an oral disease specialist, and has been helped and referred by our doctor (our doctor is responsible and we do not ignore patients and always provide the best solution for patients) with a referral letter etc. because in our clinic there is no such specialist therefore referred to another hospital. If for example we have an oral disease specialist we will definitely provide our specialist doctor at the clinic and his brother does not have to go back and forth for treatment, but in reality we do not have one, therefore has been referred (a form of our doctor's responsibility) to the nearest place to our clinic.
