I highly recommend this dental practice, from my first email inquiry to having my check up and then having my teeth descaled, cleaned and polished was outstanding.
I highly recommend Dr. Mong and his team. They made me feel safe and calm during an implant procedure. Dr. Mong is kind and professional.
KL City Dentist is the only dental clinic that I will visit. I have been to other dental clinics for scaling and wisdom tooth extraction but none of the clinics provide excellent services like KL City Dentist does. Dr. Mong, the Chief dentist, is a very experienced, skillful and smart dentist and you will feel safe and well treated in his hands and in the hands of his competent and flexible supporting staff. The equipment is absolutely modern and of high standards, in short “de lege artis” or “praestantissimus”. All in all, a well run and very efficient dental clinic. I can highly recommend KL City Dentists and Dr. Mong and all of his Colleagues.

The standard did not match the price and damaged my child's tooth. A month later, sensitivity pain and was told she probably didn't clean it. Then I had to go to another place to destroy, extract the nerve and refill the tooth. Don't come here for fillings! Don't have your teeth cleaned either, it's painful and expensive!

's explanation was very clear: the initial consultation fee was 70 RM, scaling is sufficient once every six months and costs 280 RM, but this time I only needed polishing, so it was 180 RM. As foreigners who have lived here for 10 years but still can't get used to Malay-accented English, his natural English was very easy to understand and stress-free. He even contacted me in advance to let me know that the doctor would be 15 minutes late, so there was no unnecessarily long wait times, and the parking information sent to first-time patients in advance was perfect, allowing me to park in the parking lot closest to the clinic door.
We've been seen by Dr Mong for the past 5-6 years and are SO pleased we chose this clinic. My husband used to avoid the dentist at all costs, but he happily sees Dr Mong every three months and has a gorgeous smile as a result. Ms Veni on reception is an absolute sweetheart and makes us feel welcome and relaxed every time 😁

Had my first appointment here and was very impressed with the service from the polite and helpful receptionist Veni to the very amicable, gentle and superb dentist Dr May who was very thorough in her assessment and subsequent treatment procedure. She also spent time explaining good brushing techniques to my son. Prices are reasonable.
