The clinic gives a very good first impression and is very attentive before payment. Unfortunately, after paying for the treatment, the level of care and communication declined. n on my flight day, the issue was not properly fixed, and they blamed my “mouth anatomy” instead of taking responsibility. Since returning to the UK, the problem continues, and they are now ignoring my messages with no aftercare support. I also have video and photo evidence showing poor hygiene practices during treatment, despite being told everything was sterile. I have since developed a throat infection, which is very concerning. I will be taking legal action and reporting them to the relevant authorities in Albania with full evidence. Their response to my complaint was basically “go ahead,” which shows they do not care. Strongly avoid this clinic.

On the day of my flight, they still hadn’t properly fixed the issue. Instead, they blamed me, saying it was due to my “mouth anatomy,” which did not feel honest or professional. At the last minute, they made a quick adjustment, and I had no choice but to leave for my flight. Once I returned to the UK, the real problems started — food keeps getting stuck, and the discomfort continues. Aftercare has been extremely poor. They no longer respond to my WhatsApp messages and are ignoring my concerns. I also have video recordings and photos showing how they were working and not properly following hygienic protocols. Despite raising concerns at the time, I was reassured everything was sterile, which does not match the evidence I have. Following the treatment, I have also developed a throat infection, which raises further concerns. Because of this, I am preparing to take legal action. I will be reporting this clinic to the Albanian government regulatory authorities for dentistry, including submitting my video and photo evidence. I also noticed questionable practices. Appointments are all scheduled early in the morning to create the impression that they are very busy, especially for foreign patients, but later in the day the clinic appears empty. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely solely on online reviews when choosing this clinic.
