The patient requested a consultation (with a doctor), but the doctor didn't provide any advice; instead, a nurse did. The nurse couldn't explain anything. When asked again, she became annoyed. She pushed the patient from the examination room to the minor surgery room without answering whether a tooth extraction was necessary. The quality of service was extremely poor.
Heartless consultant, specializes in persuading patients to have root canal treatment while the marrow is still alive. Price is more expensive than private clinics.
I didn't want to be hospitalized, but the doctor wouldn't advise me :)) I asked a dentist, but they didn't know how to extract anything or how much it would cost. They told me to see this person and that person, but they still didn't know :))
The doctors and nurses were dedicated and attentive. The wards were clean, the shared toilets were also clean, and there was hot water for showering even in the summer.
After the examination was completed, no bill of lading was issued for insurance reimbursement. Patients wasted time traveling back and forth, and even the end-of-day invoice displayed on the app was never received. It's the age of technology, but the service is unprofessional. The costs are also quite high.

The new department is beautiful, with modern facilities, and the medical staff are friendly and enthusiastic towards patients. Today, Dr. Huong gently and smoothly extracted my wisdom tooth, without any pain. For me, Bach Mai Hospital is always a reliable place for medical examinations and treatment ❤️
