I went for a dental check-up and treatment at the Dental Department of Bach Mai Hospital. The facility is spacious and well-equipped, and the staff are polite and welcoming.
My experience having my wisdom tooth extracted here was terrible. I was given anesthesia beforehand, but it was still incredibly painful. I told the dentist that I was in pain, but he still tried to continue. Furthermore, the staff here were extremely unprofessional. Surgery, Bach Mai Hospital. The head doctor, Hoang Ngoc Lan, is both beautiful and highly skilled. She cares for the patients very much, asking about every little thing, taking care of the patients in every little detail. The nurses are always attentive, asking about and taking care of them every day. The nurses explain the medicines little by little. Today, my aunt was discharged from the hospital. I don't know what to say other than my heartfelt thanks to the entire department, to the Head of the Department, Dr. Hoang Ngoc Lan, Dr. Hoang, nurses Xung, Thuy, Nga, and Huong. I wish the department to develop even more.
Today I had my tooth extracted at the maxillofacial department. The doctors were dedicated, attentive and took care of their patients.
