Let me clarify the 3 points you mentioned: 1: “There was no problem in terms of health because it was a procedure that everyone could do” You’ve made your first appointment for 31 08 22 You canceled this appointment the night before Then, due to the urgency, we’ve scheduled a new appointment for 08 09 22 We’ve detected a very deep decay in your tooth number 26(upper left first molar). And we said that you need a 3D tomography to make a definitive diagnosis. After getting your and husband’s approval, we took this x-ray on the same day We saw cystic lesions in all 3 roots This tooth has previously undergone root canal treatment from one dentist colleague and it was unsuccessful That is 90% decayed and broken I said “I can’t do a filling or crown on your tooth” and received your approval for implant This first session was 1.5 hours The approach of most dentists to such a tooth would be: to extract that tooth in that session and then wait for the area to heal for 3 months Then place an implant. Waiting for heal again. You may have 3 surgeries. We’ve stated to you that we work according to the Zero Bone Loss concept, that we can solve your problem with in just one surgery. This date was 27 09 22 and you canceled this appointment one day before Again we’ve scheduled a new appointment for 03 10 22 In that session, our surgeon seperated 3 roots and extracting them one by one in an atraumatic way Then we placed a special type of implant in that area that we can make temporary Then we did a custom design temporary Thus, we stated that we aim to minimize the bone and gum loss that we expect to occur in the next 3 months As you can see, unfortunately, such a process isn’t something that everyone can do It requires serious planning and teamwork The total time we spent until that session was 4-5 hours Let's come to your second sentence: 2: “In terms of aesthetics, it’s worthless“ We’ve delivered one Screw Retained Crown, which we produced in 3 separate pieces, assembled them one by one and then turned them into a single piece on 11 01 23 After testing your crown, I received approval from you You’ve stated that there is a purple/brown discoloration on tooth number 25, which is the tooth in front of your implant The reason for this is that filling leaked and its color darkened due to the decay inside I stated that we’ve 2 options: 1- We can make crown 26 purple/brown color like 25 2- We can make 26 the same color as your tooth number 24. Because none of these treatments gave me any relief, my orthodontist recommended Adem two years ago, and that's how I met him. He told me I didn't need a double jaw surgery and demonstrated that he could solve the problem step-by-step, with millimetric measurements and state-of-the-art equipment, with virtually zero margin for error. Before we even started any of the procedures, he gave me a concrete demonstration of what my teeth would look like in the end, earning my trust completely. (Even then, she was incredibly beautiful.) So, for my jaw and teeth problem, which most doctors said was impossible and required jaw surgery, a very advanced case, Adem and I began the two-year treatment process that would prove it was possible. First, I had bone graft grafting for my missing teeth, followed by implants six months later. Afterward, he conducted a questionnaire to determine the most suitable dental structure for my facial features and personality, and we began the smile design. Because I was studying abroad, all this planning was done in advance, and he continued the process without embarrassing me to hide my smile for even a single day. I never experienced any problems throughout the entire process, and even if something went wrong, I was confident he would resolve it immediately and in the best possible way. I went there because my tooth under a crown was hurting and I trusted the reviews. I paid 50 euros (1,000 lira for the appointment).
