First time in 28 years I’ve had a genuinely pleasant dental treatment experience. I had a root canal, and honestly, the doctor was incredibly professional and the nurses were super friendly. Before starting, I told them about my dental anxiety. p of the treatment in a calm, friendly tone. The entire procedure was very gentle, and the doctor and her team did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. They took X-rays a few times to make sure the root was perfectly cleaned, which gave me a huge sense of safety. I was also surprised that the anesthesia wore off exactly after 45 minutes, the same length as the treatment. I left the clinic feeling like nothing had been done: no lingering numbness, no discomfort. Highly recommend. 🙏🏻😍❤️

I had a wisdom tooth extracted here; it was located under my gum. It was a complicated case and I wanted to choose a good clinic. I spent a lot of time. There were options in Denpasar, some much more expensive, some cheaper, but I chose this clinic and I didn't regret it. Everything was very sterile, they changed the same equipment several times, and they gave me the necessary medications. I recommend making an appointment in the afternoon, late afternoon, so it's closer to bedtime. After a night's sleep, your gums don't hurt as much (it's hard to sleep without painkillers, so there's no point in enduring it).

I wanted to get a basic teeth whitening treatment, but the dentist very honestly told me it wasn't necessary and there wouldn't be a noticeable difference. So I decided to get a professional cleaning, which was perfect.

I went to Kalm Dental Care for a cleaning and to get a cavity filled, and I was really impressed. It was honestly more professional than what I’m used to in the Netherlands. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and they explain everything clearly. If you’re in Bali and need a reliable dentist, I can definitely recommend them.

Short effect for teeth whitening, did it less than 2 months ago and the effect is already gone. Damaging teeth and teethgumb. Teeth is more sensitive, wasted money and time.

It's a bit strange. I came for a checkup and was told to have a panoramic. The results were announced Friday before 4:00 a.m., according to the panoramic. But the doctor didn't respond. Later that night, they said to just wait until Monday …

We completely understand how uncomfortable and frustrating it can be to not get an appointment right away in such a situation. We would like to kindly explain that our clinic is not open 24 hours, and your husband’s visit was about 1.5 hours before our closing time. At that moment, our team also informed that the clinic would be closed over the weekend and reopen on Monday. During his visit, our dentist conducted an initial check and referred for Xray to determine the exact cause of the pain. After reviewing the case, we found that it needed to be consulted and treated by our endodontist (a specialist for tooth inflammation and infection). Unfortunately, our endodontist was fully booked this week, and the earliest availability was for the following week. We also asked whether your husband had any allergies to medication so we could prescribe something to help relieve his pain before the next appointment. However, we understand from your response that you decided to proceed with another clinic instead. We genuinely hope your husband is feeling better now. Thank you again for your valuable input. I came to Kalm dental care to have an old wire retainer removed - their prices were fair, the practice is clean be modern and the level of care and service was very good. What’s most impressive is that even once I’d left they continued to provide support over WhatsApp. Really couldn’t ask for much more and if you need a dentist while in Bali this is a great option.

I went there because I cracked my tooth. They used the wrong colour material for the filling, so I had a yellow tooth after. Because it was not in warranty time anymore they wanted to charge the full price. Very unprofessional and bad service. Bougie place and not recommend👎🏽 …

As with all composite restorations, some discoloration can naturally occur over time, especially after 10 months. This is not due to an incorrect shade being chosen at the start, and we still have the before and after photos from when the treatment was completed to confirm the result. We would also like to clarify that the tooth we treated was on your left side. In the photo you shared, the discoloration appears to be on the right side (though this may be due to mirroring of the picture). This could also can explain why the shade does not match your memory of the treatment. As the warranty period has already passed, any further touch up or replacement would be considered a new treatment. We kindly ask for your understanding, as it would not be realistic to expect composite material to remain unchanged after this length of time. I got my root canal fixed in my molar teeth and I’m so happy that I found this place. The doctor and team did a great job I got the treatment for root canal and after one week the filling and my teeth looks like new! Price was also much better compare to few other places. Highly recommended 🤝
