I came to have my tooth repaired. The repair took 46 days. I came back and said I had to pay again. I thought, I'd have to go back and pay again for another 46 days. I'd rather change dentists.

The doctor and receptionist provided terrible service. I decided to get up and leave because the doctor was incredibly rude. He tried to remove a filling from the wrong tooth. When I refused, he became even more rude. I'd already had a problem with the receptionist regarding a bill, but I decided to give them a second chance, and it only got worse. In fact, I called you directly on your personal number some time ago when our accountant didn't send your invoice and you insulted the receptionist. Even so, she was never insulted or confronted about anything; in fact, an apology was offered, and we changed accountants. In this case, I've already seen the videos. I don't know if you're doing this to cause harm. What is certain is that if you had arrived in a bad mood during your appointment and put your hand in the way you did, you could have hurt her. We treat children, we have a lot of patience, we love our work, and we are at the service of the people. The doctor has more years of experience than I do.
