When I visited this clinic, it was clean, well-organized, and over all a great experience. I would give it a high rating. Dr. Gillian is an excellent doctor, kind, easy to talk to, and very quick to assist. The staff are also attentive and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic.
Great service by Dr Gillian and team.. Went there for scaling and polishing.. Her explanation was very detailed and clear.. And yeah my teeth feels fresh..Will definitely come back! And thanks for the freegift too❤️

Thanks to Dr.Gillian’s braces treatment! I had an amazing experience during it. She even let me choose to mix the rubber band colour. The service and the attitude is very good, I also felt very comfortable and happy during the treatment! I recommend everyone who wanted to get a braces to come and try!
Hi.. i had great time in checking my teeth and done patching in joy dental - pulau tikus.. Dr Gillian was very patience explaining every teeth conditions.. what are options to sustain teeth longer.. when i had 2 nd visit patching can be seen adhere to gum smoothly and felt great sensitivity reduced alot... thnks doc 👩⚕️

Had a wonderful experience at Joy Dental Clinic. Dr Gillian Tham was very detail-oriented. She explained every step of the procedure and all the questions I had from my first consultation, scaling, and lastly, the whitening treatment. It was an overall pleasant trip and the staffs were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended!

At first my friend recommend me to go for this clinic its just beside the Bandar Baru, Pulau Tikus area. For me, the service was very good and there is a space for you to sit while waiting even the dentist was very thoroughly in explaining on how to take care of your mouth hygiene especially with braces and I'll come again.. appointment for scaling with my son 3y/o at Joy Dental Clinic was awesome. All staff was so friendly and polite, my son good 1st experience scaling because feel comfortable with clinic amenities and tool. The Doctor and staff also good experience handling toddlers.

Dr Gillian was so professional, she showed me through camera my teeth's condition, and made the crucial treatment for my teeth. I am glad to be treated by her and now there's no longer any pain.

I am doing my braces here. Really great service, friendly staff and gentle dentist! Appointment based and don't need to wait long. WhatsApp to make enquiry and booking with prompt replies. Clean space, toilet, and also water dispenser provided in the clinic.
