Thank you Mucsina Dorka for her professional work, she removed the tartar perfectly. Patients are welcomed kindly in the office, they keep the appointment, I didn't have to wait. I can only recommend Jókai Dental.

I had a dental scaling and the lady was fast, precise, and very empathetic. I'm always very scared, but it wasn't too bad.

appointment for her anymore and there will be no more, with this attitude, dear Katalin, how can she send patients to another office? I would put it as she said, that then you can go somewhere else. So with zero attitude, no kindness, I think you should work somewhere else and not send patients who come to the office because this will not be profitable in the long run, I do not recommend this office to anyone and I will mention this dear Doctor on several media platforms :))) I do not recommend it at all and I will contact the management!!!! I THINK YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OFFICE IT WILL BE A BAD DECISION!!!!

Dear Vivi! I would like to clarify what happened at our dental practice, which differs in several points from the negative opinion you described. You came to our office for a filling, but during the specialist examination, the doctor determined that unfortunately the condition of the tooth for which the filling was planned does not allow this. The tooth has broken under the gum in such a way that a proper filling cannot be made professionally. Our doctor informed you about this and also about what other solutions could be considered, which you did not accept. We are sorry that our proposal disappointed you and caused you inconvenience, but I would like to emphasize that we acted in accordance with our professional responsibility. I have been going to Jókai Dental for years, and I have been completely satisfied every time. They are punctual, there are no delays, the treatments are painless, their doctors are professionals, the assistants and the reception are a super well-chosen, cheerful and attentive team. I can only congratulate them! Of course I recommend them! :)
