Omur Evan Yilmav was very knowledgeable and although he is Turkish and I am English there was no language barrier he understood all of my concerns and questions and he explained to me thoroughly of what was going to happen and everything to do with my healing process afterwards. All in all I have had a very good experience with JFS and I would highly recommend their services.

My back is deformed from the liposuction and full of bruises, the tummy tuck, but my stomach is still the same, the scar is awful... and my friend said the same, disappointed and unhappy, and that's not enough. Having said that, don't trust this clinic. Also, if you look at the photos, those who have the surgery have the same underwear afterward. Is that possible for you? In my opinion, they're photoshops. First of all, we'd like to say we're sorry for the negative experience you had. You booked your appointment nine months before your surgery date. During those nine months, you experienced a shortage of Italian translators because our clinic abandoned the Italian market. Of course, this isn't your problem; we're sorry. You were our last patient from Italy. You had an Italian-speaking translator during the pre-surgery period, your hospital stay, and your meetings with the doctors. We couldn't provide you with a translator only during your post-surgery check-ups. What we tell thousands of our patients from different countries every year is always the same: If you experience a negative outcome, we'll do everything necessary to correct it after your first year. We also explain why we have to wait one year. This is the right time for the swelling to completely disappear and the stitch scar to heal completely. You chose to leave negative feedback five months after your surgery. We say it again: It's one of our principles to welcome back those whose operations we couldn't accommodate. But this doesn't happen 5 months after the operation. Each of the thousands of patients is precious to us individually. We want everyone to be happy and achieve the result they'll be happy with. We're saddened by your negative review, but we're ready to do everything we can if you contact us again after your first year. We wish you healthy days ahead. Also; you said the photos you shared are fake. It's not right to scribble like that. We are an institution constantly monitored by the Ministry of Health. Every patient whose photos we share has signed consent forms and legal documents regarding personal data protection. Creating the fake posts you claim is not as easy as you think. If you believe the post you believe is fake, please message us on our social media account. Our social media team will be happy to show you more photos and confirmations from that patient. It's very wrong to make such an accusation without any evidence.

Hello everyone i was patient in this Clinic no long time agoo couple off montes before i pay all most 8,000 euro and i dident get all the procedure wich i pay for it My Dr was ONUR YALMAZ dont trust him. Two doctors performed the surgery of the patient who made the comment. Contrary to the patient's claim, they paid 6450 Euros instead of 8,000 Euros. The invoice has been provided to the concerned party. This price includes a 10-day accommodation at a hotel with their family. Before the surgery, the patient stated that they did not like their medical assistant for various reasons and wanted to change them twice before even coming to our country. Their requests were accommodated. They also expressed a desire to communicate with the owner of the institution once, and despite not having such a practice, a meeting was arranged. After returning to their country following the operation, the patient requested and had a meeting with the doctor. Subsequently, they wished to meet with the clinic owner again, and they were accommodated for another meeting. During the meeting, they stated that they were VERY SATISFIED with Rhinoplasty and breast surgeries but were not satisfied with Liposuction. All the records of the meetings where they expressed satisfaction are available in our clinic. Considering the services provided and the satisfaction expressed, we believe that a rating of 1 is incorrect. We attribute this to the inadequacy of the patient's evaluation. We inform that our clinic will not provide service to this patient who made the comment in any way in the future, and we wish them a healthy life.
