needed to be replaced, but I resisted because I had recently spent over $3000. After visiting several dentists, a friend recommended Jenny Villada's office. As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by Daniela. She was very energetic and had a beautiful smile, which made me feel very welcome. After explaining the process, the dentist invited me to sit down for a full consultation. Just as we were finishing, Jenny walked in and said, “Joey, I have some bad news. Your mouth is in really bad shape. You have a lot of inflammation and you've probably had an infection for a long time without knowing it.” She also politely suggested that I had probably had bad breath for the past year. The ironic thing was that my friend who had recommended me had given me the exact same diagnosis. Jenny confirmed everything and ended the consultation by assuring me that the good news was that everything could be fixed. After paying a deposit, I returned to have the veneers removed from my mouth to being the healing process. The next day when I returned to the office, my gums had so much inflammation that they couldnt take the impression. However, they used a laser treatment process and suggested two different mouth washes and a natural flower that helps reduce inflammation. A few days later I returned to take the impressions. I also chose the exactly style and color of the new ceramic teeth that I felt would look best for me. The following week, I came in for a test and they explained the whole process asking if I wanted a more natural look or if I wanted them to be premium white. I wanted both. I wanted as natural as possible, but as white as possible at the same time. After they temporarily installed the new teeth, the dentist noted that there were two options for the cement that would affect the color of my teeth. I elected to go with the cement that would reflect more white. I was excited as what I was looking at in the mirror and they werent done yet. The following day I came in to have the teeth cemented and shaped to fit my mouth. When I finally looked into the mirror I couldnt stop smiling over and over. I was so happy with the results! Jenny and her team did a great job. The price? It was about 25% of what it would cost in the United States! Is Medellin safe for foreigners? I have been in the city for 9 years and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Jenny’s office is located in El Tesoro medical tower in a safe environment. If you are considering dental tourism contact Jenny and her team will help arrange everything for you. I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you for everything Jenny. It was a wonderful experience, I loved it! They handled everything incredibly well and it was all very quick!
