The Jenny Villada office is located on the 16th floor, where I was greeted by a welcoming and friendly staff. Although I am not fluent in Spanish, the team ensured clear communication during every phase of my medical and dental care. I received treatment from Dr. Juan Camilo Pereira, who is hands-down one of the best dentists I have ever worked with. He performed a comprehensive evaluation of my dental health and smile, explaining the purpose of every step throughout the week. His expertise is a major reason I am giving this team five stars. experience I find the dentists and specialists well more trained at doing these special procedures as they do it everyday vs in Canada it’s a rarity to do so the dentists do them seldomly. Thus all in all the quality of work is also better and not only the cost. I specifically chose Dr. Jenny’s team as I had great results with my dental veneers 3 years ago and couldn’t be more happier and confident in my smile. I used to smile closed mouth, and now I smile showing off my nice teeth every time, it’s a great feeling. As my dad is an older man, he felt so pleased from start to finish as the whole staff from Daniella, Dania, Julianna, & others used such care to take care of him. From how they great him everyday, to see how he is doing, providing him with whatever he needs to feel ok, and the empathetic approach they interact with him I haven’t seen anywhere before. The culture of the people here is a lot more pleasant then we get at home and makes a big difference in the medical care we get, is amazing. My father had to get 5 implants in the upper front which will become a hybrid with dentures. For this they had to fly in one of the top specialists from another city to do so, so we know he is in the best care, whereas at home maybe just any dentist would take this on. The surgery went great, father was initially scared of pain he would be in and recovery, however he was shocked as he didn’t feel any pain and recovering so well. He would have never guessed it would have gone this well where he wouldn’t be in pain after. The surgery went perfectly and now my dad keeps wondering why he was scared before. I feel in North America, due to TV shows from Netflix, Colombia has a bad reputation, but I can say for sure there is no concern for safety here at all, feels as an upper class place and I feel much safer here In Medellin than I do these days in Canada. So if safety is ever concern, let me tell you that shouldn’t be a worry for anyone ever wanting to book at all. I must thank all the staff at Dr Jenny again, seeing them daily over the week for appointments i feel like we’ve built a bond and they feel like family now. It will be sad to not see them daily when we leave. They are the best and I highly recommend anyone considering travelling for any type of dental work, Dr Jenny’s Clinic is the place to go.

request some modifications, but it turns out that, due to Jenny Villada's criteria, I couldn't make the changes, even though I would obviously have to pay for them. I think Ms. Jenny is a bit narcissistic, and her opinion of beauty, which is completely subjective to her, is the only one that matters. It's truly sad to pay so much money and not be happy. If it were a gift, she could do it the way she wants, but paying to end up looking like someone else wants is TERRIBLE!!

made the decision and arrived in Medellín. The entire staff, from Dr. Jenny Villada to all the doctors and dental assistants, treated me with great respect and made me feel at home. The entire process and appointments were explained in detail, so I knew I was going to get a smile design at the right time, and they gave me the opportunity to ask questions to clarify any concerns. What can I say? I finally have my dental design and oral restoration (a very difficult case), and I am super happy. We'll see each other soon for cleanings and retinal exams. Even though I live in Orlando, Florida, I will definitely return to Medellín and to Dr. Jenny Villada.
