brought my mom for a visit and she loved the experience here! the Dr is so gentle and caring. also, the nurses are very patient and friendly! we reach before the clinic actual opening’s time and they let us in early to wait
The clinic is a bit pricier compared to others. I had a less-than-ideal experience during my final review for a root canal treatment — I was charged RM60 for an X-ray, even though I was told the review itself would be free. This place is pricey and be prepared to pay high price for the specialist services. One thing that made me puzzled was that my wife did an X-ray then had a deep cleaning. After deep cleaning, the specialist performed another X-Ray to confirm the cleaning was carried out thoroughly. visit, each deep clean cost RM180 and my wife was told there were 5 teeth need deep cleaning, fortunately she just did two other wise deep clean alone woould have cost her RM900. It would exceed RM1K if includes consultation RM200 plus X-Rays. If money is not an issue, then it is ok. Skills and experience wise, the Specialist was ok.

e tooth-related, but possibly due to a nerve condition. Despite this, she proceeded with the treatment—which, to my surprise, was completely painless. Her assessment turned out to be spot on. She even provided me with a referral letter to see a maxillofacial specialist, which ultimately led to identifying the true cause of the pain I had been struggling with for weeks. Thanks to Dr. Chow’s experience and thoroughness, I finally found relief. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and care I received at J Dental Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental work.
