I saw Dr Lee and he is very professional. The staff is also very friendly. Dr Lee did incredible job for me save to trip to Europe. Thanks to him and his all staff

Thank you Dr Lee and teams 🙏. I have some health issue and need to do amalgam removal for few times. He is a very considerate doctor. I notice he made few improvements for the treatment every time I visit him. For those who has fear with the dentist especially the kids, you should come and visit him 😉 👍👍. Had scaling and polishing done with Dr Shannen, very professional and kind. Nurse Aina was very polite and courteous. Will definitely come again.
I undergo my wisdom tooth removal (surgery) in this dental clinic. The operation was done by Dr Shannen. It was great - no swelling, only minor discomfort due to it being an operation (anxiety inducing). I recently visited Ivory Dental(DR LEE) and had a very disappointing experience. What started as a simple check-up quickly turned into an endless series of additional procedures and fees. dental needs. The constant upselling made me uncomfortable, and I left feeling like I was taken advantage of. To make matters worse, the dentist was incredibly rough during the procedures and didn’t seem to care whether I was in pain. The lack of empathy was shocking and made an already unpleasant experience even worse.I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for straightforward and honest dental care. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dr. Shannen Lim was exceptional. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated her gentle and precise approach, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my visit. The hygienist and dental assistants were also top-notch, demonstrating great skill and care.
