This is my second time getting my teeth cleaned here. It was quick, the service was good, the dentist was polite, and most importantly, it didn't hurt at all. Totally recommended, great service, no pain (usually I always feel pain during scaling), and you don't have to wait in a long queue either.

even though I raised my hand to tell the doctor during the procedure that my lip hurt as soon as the tool was applied to my skin. 3. During the scaling, the assistant was not able to drain the fluid evenly. Makes us feel like something is broken and water fills our throats, which feels extremely uncomfortable. I had a highly disappointing experience during my recent dental scaling appointment at your clinic. 1. The receptionist failed to confirm the appointment properly. There was no verification of my phone number, resulting in no confirmation call being made. 2. During the procedure, the dentist accidentally burned the inside of my lip with a tool, causing swelling and bruising. I raised my hand immediately to indicate pain when the tool touched the area, but the dentist dismissed it and claimed it was just a canker sore—without offering a single word of apology. 3. Throughout the scaling process, the dental assistant did not consistently suction the water from my mouth, leaving me with a choking feeling and the uncomfortable sensation of debris and water pooling in my throat. This experience left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care and professionalism at your clinic.
