From booking an appointment, checking in at the desk, having your routine check up / receiving treatment, through to rebooking for 6 months time is an an absolute breeze. The staff, doctors and their assistants are an absolute delight.

Friendly receptionists. Surgery very bright and welcoming. All staff spoke when i was waiting. Dentist explained what was going to be done. When complete i was told what was to be carried out the next appointment.

The booking process was well handled and kept me informed. The surgery is clean and well kept ant the staff are friendly and helpful. The dentist was very professional and empathetic.

Samet and his assistant are an awesome team. Samet’s implant work has meant that I can smile, eat and chat with great confidence.

This was my 2nd visit. First visit November 2025 2 February 2026. After extensive research I decided on choosing Dentavie based on good contact and follow up, good reviews and good pricing. I had some major dental work to be done and Dr. Dt. Abdulsamet Kundakçıoğlu the surgeon was great at recommending the best solution for my particular condition. The surgery was done without any issues successfully. Then Dr. Dt. Abdulsamet Kundakçıoğlu took care of the dentition work. I am very happy with the work that was done. Also the staff was great with personal attention to details. Communication in English was good and all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Dentavie!

DO NOT COME HERE!! I am deeply disappointed with this dental clinic. I traveled internationally from the United States—twice—for my dental work: once for the initial appointment and again for the final procedure involving crowns and dental implants. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt rushed and impersonal. My appointments were rescheduled multiple times, and I was given very limited time during each visit. The clinic was overcrowded, with patients constantly coming in and out, creating a hectic environment. Whenever I tried to ask questions or express concerns, I was brushed off with generic reassurances like “everything will be fine.” It was clear they were more focused on moving patients through quickly than providing attentive care. The most concerning issue is that the crown placed in April fell out by May. I mentioned feeling discomfort right after the procedure, but the staff dismissed it, saying it was normal and would resolve within a couple of days. It never did. When I contacted the clinic after the crown came out, their only response was to advise me to see a local dentist—despite knowing I had traveled internationally and could not return easily. What’s most upsetting is that this clinic seems to prioritize volume over quality. I spent a significant amount of money—not just on the dental work, but also on international flights, hotels, and transportation—with the expectation of receiving professional, lasting care. Instead, I’m left with a failed procedure and no real support.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I had composite bonding on my two front teeth purely for aesthetic reasons, and from the very first consultation I felt completely at ease. The dentist was incredibly thorough, assessing my bite, alignment, and overall suitability, and she was so realistic and honest about what could be achieved. She even demonstrated the potential result temporarily on my tooth so I could make a fully informed decision, which I really appreciated. There was absolutely no upselling or pressure. I was given a clear price and that was it. This was such a refreshing contrast to other clinics who tried to tell me I’d need far more work than I wanted - 8 upper and 8 lower instead of just the 2 front which was insane. This clinic did none of that. The dentist really took her time and was meticulous, and the results speak for themselves. My teeth are flawless, natural-looking, and exactly what I wanted. The transparency, shape, and colour are perfect—you genuinely wouldn’t know they’re composite bonding. I’m absolutely thrilled with my smile. If I’m ever back in Istanbul, I’ll definitely return for polishing, knowing I’ll be treated honestly and ethically. A truly fantastic clinic. If you’re considering improving your smile, you’ll be in very safe hands here. Highly recommended!!
